I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup . I had to take the first one back no chicken in the soup, now the second bowl/replacement has no chicken smh............ where the chicken 🐔 I love how organized they are, and the food is good!

The staff was very nice.. my problem is with the policy.. I ordered breakfast before 10:30 online and when I got there they told me that they could not fulfill my order because I was not in the line.. because the order was placed ahead of time I should have still been able to get my breakfast 😞

Edit/Update: I'm updating my review because I do not want to possibly make false claims over something as serious as food poisoning. It may have been that I'd caught a stomach bug, which I've also not caught in decades. I did not go to the doctor, so I do not have a formal diagnosis, but I have heard that a stomach bug had been going around around the exact time I'd been having these issues. Food poisoning and stomach flu have very similar symptoms, so it could've been either/or.
I've been here multiple times before, not sure what occurred this time. But I have a terrible case of food poisoning and mind you, this is the first time I've ever had food poisoning in my life. I've decided if I throw up a third time I will go to the doctors for it. I put three stars because my past experiences here were just fine, but based off this one occasion it would've been a 1 star.

I don’t usually do reviews, BUT this is the BEST chick-fil-a experience ever, my food came instantly, I didn’t have to wait a while for my food to come out :D!! Even the FOH member (he Lwk looks like a person named Jeff), was waiting for me to choose the table, that’s how fast my food came!! Anyways, great service, keep up the good work :o!

Im sorry Chick-fil-A, but what the heck is wrong with your wrap sizes? This thing is not much bigger than a large egg roll. Very disappointed. Almost have more sauce than wrap at this point, and its not like the sauces got any larger. What is this, a wrap for ants?
