waited over 30 mins in line got up too the menu to order in drive thrugh no one take our order then the lady said with an aditude were closed couldnt get out of line steady giving other mad customs there orders free in frount of us

Terrible! First, the workers are so rude. If you don’t want to work there, then don’t… it’s your choice. Second, there was no straws or utensils so it was causing even more back up because everyone had to ask for them. Third, if I wanted a 3 day old, half full, mush of mac n cheese, I would’ve went home or to the caf and not paid:) I literally paid for 2 bites of old mac n cheese!! I am so disappointed because I love cfa! This location needs major work!

This is the second time I’ve ordered grilled nuggets and received the regular ones in my order. And when going to pick up my order the worker gave me attitude when handing me my bag.

Great restaurant. Food is always right and warm. Horrible, and i mean absolutely horrible location. Cars backed up on North Street. It’s a safety hazard and It’s hard to believe nothing has been done about this.

Most of the time I enjoy my food and the experience. However today was terrible as the food was disappointing and the dinning room was so dirty, tables and floor gross, and the trash cans over filled.

The food is good. I ordered 2 meals. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon that I paid for and they forgot and they left out an order of fries. I went back and asked for them she just looked at me and gave me fries. They staff is rude and dont seem to like their job.

Super disappointed. They didn't have what I ordered, but the only "sign" they had up was a sticky note that was upside-down and scribble so I couldn't even tell i was supposed to read that. I hate the new dependence on a machine to take orders instead of a real person. Because I paid 12$ for a regular chicken sandwich and fries with no ranch or chic fil a sauce. And I actually order a 8 ct nugget with fruit instead of fries. I would've liked a refund instead but I was given a sandwich because they couldn't get it to void the transaction. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have rather taken my money somewhere else since I ended up with a meal I did not want.

Prices are way higher than north st. Which is less than a mile away, that’s pretty unethical. And no gluten free options, all around not cool.
