Google says they open at 10:30, their sign says they open at 10:30, I got there at 10:35 and no one was there and it was closed. If the hours have changed take the time to update them, it’s not that hard.

Chicken E has gone wayyyy downhill over the years, Chicken is DRYYY, Sweet Tea should be called "Just sugar" because I really don't believe theres any tea in it, just sugar. Its wayyyy to sweet. The tables were pretty dirty & smudgy. The food wasn’t even good, the only good thing was probably the gravy and the fountain drinks. The food didn’t sit well in our stomachs either. Wouldn’t come to this location.

They have the worst Chicken strips and they gravy be water don't even stick to the chicken They play around to much over there and the staff go all out side and then come back in and not washing their hands and start cooking or messing with their food smelling like weed

In my 57 yrs I finally ate here, I was impressed, the tenders were fried but they didn't taste fried, the rolls are to die for, the mashed potatoes and too die for gravy....WILL BE RETURNING REAL SOON...Parking: We were in and out super quick.

I go to Chicken Express in Nacogdoches, TX daily to get my unsweetened ice tea. Sometimes I get it that way and sometimes they give it to me sweet, and I am getting tired of going back to get the right thing. But my biggest complaint is the colored water I get. I used to manage fast food and know the difference in fresh brewed tea. They are either reusing the tea bags to save money or not using enough tea bags and possibly using too much water. I went to Chicken Express in the next town yesterday and got a decent glass of tea. Please help Nacogdoches start making the tea correctly or they will start to lose business.Parking: no more

But surprise, this is the third time I have come home with my food and the order is incomplete and I live 10 miles away How do you go back and pick up what they forgot to put in???? ....Find out what they forget to put in...

Friendly staff. Food came out quickly. The food was fresh and crispy as we expected. I can recommend the spicy strips. Better tast than other chicken places. The dipping sauces are superior to every other fast food place I have been too.

Well, it was a good run, I'm completely done wasting money on cold food . The prices go up almost every week, it seems, and the food quality drops just as much. Sad to leave this comment, I had two good last meals, but the last one that I paid $17 broke the camels back as they say. I am disappointed at the state of all chicken restaurants in Nacogdoches. People are caring less and less. Lost a customer besides serendipity seasoning and cheesesticks lol.
