My family and I, a total of 11 adults, were treated like 2nd class citizens by the acting manager, Leanne. We asked for a table for 11 and were seated at a table of 10 and told that no others were available, leaving one person to eat alone. We asked repeatedly for a table so we could all sit together, and there were three empty within eyesight of where they tried to seat us. When we complained, Leanne stated that we didn't have to eat there, we could go somewhere else. She rhen moved another family from their table so as to create yet another setting for 14, but couldn't do that for us.
The entire family and our friends will.do exactly what she said and eat somewhere else never to darken her doorstep again. Great food, but the single worst service and management in my 70 years.

Amazing staff sang my son happy birthday when we didn’t even have to ask them to. Yummy free ice cream and fun games on the screen thingy!!!

Specifically for the To Go order side of the restaurant- the app sucks it’s always logging you out in the middle of placing an order and it says they will text you when the order is ready but they never do but app bugs I can look past. What I cannot look past is waiting almost an hour after the pick up time for my to go order when I rang the bell four times and about 10-15 minutes apart and no one came to assist me, two people SAW me waiting and never asked if I’d been helped or even acknowledged my existence. Another customer came inside the to go order area and rang the bell as well and no one came to check on us, the other customer had to go search for someone in the restaurant. Mind you this was 3-4pm on a Monday and we were the only cars on the back side of the parking lot and from where I was seated in the restaurant it was empty save for the employee conducting interviews in the room next door to the to go place. My pick up time was 3:02-3:07 I got there a little early and waited in my car until after time to pick it up rang the bell numerous times listened to the phone ringing off the hook and people talking and laughing in the back and did not receive my order until 3:53pm. Chilis please do better.
Can't give them 5 stars cuz they no longer have the street corn....bring the street corn back.

Terrible experience, waited 40 minutes to sit after they told us 20, then when we were finally seated they were out of all sodas, out of chips, out of broccoli, and most foods. Food wasn’t the best, wasn’t terrible but still not good. Also took another 40 minutes to get out food. Overall the experience I had was not good. Would not recommend.
The burger wasn’t nearly as good as I remember them being. The fries were excellent, however.

So my order is supposed to be ready by 645 & i get there at 6:40 & wait in the to-go spot. About 5 minutes later I decided to go inside after seeing others leave with their orders. So i go inside at the to go and hit the “service bell” i wait 5 minutes & no one comes to help. I wait another 5 minutes and hit the “service bell” again. Still no help. So now I’ve been waiting at the register at least 15 minutes. So then another white female customer arrives & the employee comes from the back and helps her first even tho the customer is seated & I’m at the register. She also says she can check me out so I tell her my order is already paid for, so instead of getting my order that’s already paid for because I’m the first customer in line, she instead helps the white woman first & checks her out. I cancel my $32.83 order immediately. The manager “Cherail” refused to provide me with a receipt and had an extremely nasty attitude. I’m glad my stay is only for one day in this podunk town and I can get back to Houston tomorrow. Everyone thinks traveling is great until you realize racism exists everywhere

There is no reason 6 people should be waiting in the to go room waiting for more then 30 minutes this is bad
Chili's is pretty much consistently good. Have always received excellent service
