I ordered a chicken bowl from the app- nowhere in my order did I order jalapeños but my bowl is FULL of them. Too bad I can’t share the pic I took of all of the pieces of jalapeño because I can’t eat my food. It would be helpful if they paid attention to the orders. Or maybe they did it on purpose because I didn’t tip on the app for the food I drove to the store and picked up?

Never go at night time, this location is only good at lunch time. Every time I come at night time, my burrito barely has any protein in it and the rice is hard and crunchy. Paying $12 for something I can’t eat sure sucks. Day shift has their stuff together but night shift is a mess. This is the 4th time this has happened, and I keep coming back because I figured they were good some times. But I finally narrowed it down to it being the times in which I go that the problems happen.

This is a busy store in a college town, so don't be surprised if the dining area is untidy. Cleaning tables and emptying the trash should be priorities at any eatery, but it clearly is not at this location. The food, however, was delicious. :)

Went in on a day they were having a promotion. When I got there they said it wasn’t working but they would give me the discounted price at the register.When at the register they charge me full price.I only went to chipotle because they were having a discount. The franchises food is not worth its raising cost.Kind of an affirming final Chipotle experience.
Ordered online and I feel ripped off. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken beef and queso. The beef and queso were left out and I had only about 4 bites of chicken. I will never order online again from this
