Paid for a buffet w/ drink. I go to get sweet tea, and there is white slime hanging from the nozzle. The cook was the only person I saw, so I alerted him that the tea container was unsanitary. 10 mins later, he tells the guy doing bathroom cleanup. They both look at the slime hanging from the nozzle. They exchange several words, and go back to their stations. The cleanup guy comes out of the restroom, puts on blue latex/nitrile gloves and goes back the the restroom. He then goes into the back, still wearing gloves. Comes out through the kitchen, then back into the back. He does this a few times. Finally he stays in the back room, presumably with the same gloves on as he cleaned the restroom in. Finally, the cashier comes over, looks at the nozzle... looks puzzled, after a minute of looking puzzled, grabs a napkin, removes the slime from the nozzle and starts to walk back to the kitchen. She stops, turns and grabs the tea container, and takes it back to the back. Did she bring it back out after I left? Surely, she tore it down and cleaned it properly, but who knows. Will be avoiding this franchise for a while.

Well definitely needs a remodel. It was super hot there. Not comfortable while eating. The manager said he would bring us a high chair for my little one, but got distracted talking to his employees. The food is decent. There are a few pizzas that were top notch.

Cicis Pizza in Nacogdoches is the BOMB! 🍕🔥 Every time we visit, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The salad bar is just as impressive…super clean with a great variety of fresh, crisp toppings 🥗👌. The staff is consistently friendly, but today we had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo—he was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. 🙌👏 Definitely one of our go-to spots in Nacogdoches!

The food here: amazing. The service was a 20/10, the workers are sooo nice and they were very attentive to our table. The atmosphere and vibe was all very positive and everyone was smiling. Overall amazing place to be.

Went into today after church and pizza was great the manager Ernesto is always on top of it and does really well marking sure everyone’s needs are taken care of ever since new ownership Cicis inNacogdoches has had a awesome turn around with the quality of pizza and atmosphere

Hadn’t been here in over a year, but my recent experience was tons better than my prior one. New management ensures all guests are taken care of while simultaneously keeping his staff working.
Cicis is what Cicis does. Decent food for decent price. Nothing ever exceptional, you get what you expect from an all you can eat buffet. Will I come back? Of course.
