There’s no way in hell should I have to come home and put my pizza BACK IN THE OVEN because workers RUSHED my pizza. Dough thick as my thighs. Makes no sense! I used to love cici’s!Along with workers grabbing cinnamon rolls from the BUFFET that no one ate. Just to send it home with our order.As faithful pizza lover, I knew that fresh rolls are stuck together. Not pulled apart and ripped how these were.Stop the laziness and give better quality FOOD.

Pizza buffet. Food is good, though not always high quality. The desserts are always either overcooked or undercooked. Pizza is always wonderful, but they run out quickly, and they take a long time to replace empty trays on the bar, sometimes longer than the duration of our stay. Usually they won't have the pizza we want when we arrive there, sometimes we don't get the one we want at all and settle for whatever is available. While it's good, you might go hungry waiting for pizza if it's busy here.
This is A HORRIBLE place to go to! 1st you walk in and there is music so loud you couldn't hear yourself ordering...BUT the loud music wasn't so bad considering the music that was playing was talking about how someone "takes a d^*k to her kidneys... Family restaurant BWAHAHAHA!! I had my 8 & 9 year old grandsons with me!! We were told at 8:30 (they close at 10 where we could sit because the guy was already cleaning tables! The restaurant had customers still coming in and they were also told to "Only sit on the 1st row(there are atleast 4 rows)" Now the pizzas were so hard and greasy.. They had been sitting there for awhile! I can understand them being there for a while but if you threw them up against the wall it would put a hole in the sheet rock! Let's just say I or my family will never go back!!! If there was a place to put negative "STARS" here I would!

Spent $48 on 4 slices of cold pizza and a salad. My kids only got 2 slices each. I never got a single slice. As each pizza came out it was gone in a few seconds. Ate a salad and left. Tea was watered down. All the workers were standing in the back corner talking.

Place isn’t like it use to be when I was a kid they are all about business and not family!Took kids to eat pizza and play games and because my wife is on a diet and didn’t want to eat. They still wanted to charge us for a buffet she wouldn’t even use. So instead they turned us away. Hope the owner see this contact me direct I’ll buy this cici pizza and make it into what it use to be a family place!

I like to eat here for lunch sometimes. Usually very good. The last 3 times I visited, though, it's only been pepperoni pizzas on the buffet. I don't mind some, but tomatoe sauce irritates my stomach, and that's not good going back to work after. They will make you what you want, but my time is limited and it's not ready before I have to leave for work. I have started walking in and seeing what is out. If it's just pepperoni, I leave and pickup something else.When I do eat here, it has always been great. The staff are very friendly.

I’m from Nacogdoches been here my whole life. I’m not sure if it was a very off night but the store has very much went down if not. We picked our seats but the table was dirty, we moved to another dirty table but decided to move back because it was the least dirty. Pasta was burnt, the red sauce was empty but had been sitting because it dried up around the rim. It was never restocked. My mom never got any ice since it was out but when it did make more the employee rushed to get some instead of guest, the Sprite was out, brownies was never remade I guess because it was close to closing time but my 4 kids was very much looking forward to it and there was customers there when we left. The staff was definitely not professional, they was walking around eating. My mom is a USDA inspector, and I had to keep her calm because it was sooo many wrongs. Nacogdoches location has to do better it’s no excuse.

Stupid rules : must buy a buffet in order to come in even though I already bought my kids a buffet.The guy at the front tried to tell me I couldn't come in and sit with my children who I sent with their papa and church group ahead of us. He said I don't make the rules the owner does so I believe the owners name is Jeremy if you see this can you confirm this rule? If this is the case I will never come back to this location again
