What's my first time there comma where to begin on the issues that I found?. Weight staff was nice but extremely extremely slow Heavy appetizer sampler and probably would have been delicious if it had been cooked when we ordered it instead of sitting out at room temperature.. Not impressed by that at all. I had the according to the menu. The brick street winning Burger and only 8 a little over half of it collapsed. Bun wasaki, you have to put your own condiments on it, no ketchup bottles, they have packets that you can use. I'm sorry I thought this was a restaurant and not a food truck.. Wait, even food trucks. Have ketchup dispensers, LOL. Waitress never asked if we needed a drink refill, finally, after sitting there with a name to glass for about 4 minutes, the lady that said us down finally got me some tea.Not a pleasant or good experience, not sure if I will go back.

Every time I've been there, they were packed! When that happens, you expect to flag down your server on occasion. The food is fantastic and so is the inclusive, welcoming atmosphere!

I went to this place for my Birthday Brunch and it was my absolute first time going and we loved it.. On Sunday afternoon really quiet and they even kept the bar open for us after hours..( we were the only ones left ) Definitely made my birthday memorable. The chocolate cake shot was definitely mind blowing. Great people , friendly laid back atmosphere.. Will definitely return!! Best burger in town!!

I love Cowboy Jacks, go there a few times a month. Great burgers and coldest beer in town ? Relax. If service is slow it's not a problem RELAX. Very nice staff working hard to keep you happy.

Went there on a Saturday night a couple of weeks after the university's spring semester ended. It wasn't too busy, and our server was very pleasant. We just wanted drinks and appetizers. Cowboy Balls were okay - not great, but okay. The Pretzel Bites were also okay. The Jalapeño Popper were VERY good! We also ordered the Tater Kegs, which we regretted after the first bite. The outside was browned, but the center was still frozen. Food offerings were mediocre. They didn't have a drink menu (even a printed one would have helped. All in all, I would probably give them one more chance.

Food was pretty good for a quick inexpensive bite. Server was nice and good. However the only 1 serving 5 tables. Clean, quiet, and apparently have live music some days. Restrooms clean..I would give them 4 stars but 1 server and and I wanted my sandwich hot. It came out cold but very tasty might I add

We had better service here than we had at a high end steak house in Houston. We stopped here on our way home to East TX Grant was our server. Great atmosphere, it was pretty quiet on a Saturday evening. We just were driving by and saw this place. Will definitely stop again. Way to go Grant!

Atmosphere and food were very good! We ordered a variety of items: baked potato w/ BBQ, shrimp po-boy w/ fries, BBQ chicken sandwich and kids quesadillas. Definitely will be back here again!Parking: Parking lot directly across the street!

I can't think of a time when I have been at Cowboy. Jack said I haven't enjoyed myself. Whether it's to enjoy an event or just to go in for some amazing food, I love this place and I love to meet my friends here.

Food is very good! But it's definitely not a quick lunch spot. Expect to be there for about an hour if you dine in. I would recommend takeout or delivery if you have a tight lunch window, portions are the same, and it's boxed up well.

Been a few times on a Saturday or Sunday night. Hasn't quite made it for a meal there. They have local entertainment Saturday nights. It's nice if you like somewhere small and less crowded or noisy

My husband, one of our daughters and I are enjoying cocktails and an early dinner at Cowboy Jack's Saloon. Parking is free, well-lit, and easy to find in downtown Nacogdoches. The pumpkin pie cocktail is amazing - well balanced and delicious ? The maple old fashioned is also good-tasting. The cowboy balls, pretzel bites, and cheese curds are yummy appetizers! I won't recommend the Navajo taco, because the chicken I ordered on it is tough and weirdly chewy. Undercooked? Maybe. Gross? Definitely! The bison burger and fries are very good, but the burger patty is a bit charred on one side. Luckily, my husband is enjoying the partially charred bison patty. The bbq brisket stuffed potato is delicious! The chicken and dumplings are amazing, if a little melted! The restaurant/bar is clean, dimly lit and well maintained. Service is exceptional! The music is loud but not so loud as to over-power conversation. I recommend the chicken and dumplings and the Thanksgiving cocktails heartily!

Cowboy Jack’s is one of my favorite restaurant/bars in town. There’s trivia every Tuesday, live music Thursday and Friday, and there’s great drink specials. The drinks are reasonably priced, the food is great, and the atmosphere is fun. It’s a great place to hang out with friends for a couple drinks or bring your family for lunch/dinner. Sunday brunch is also a plus! The bartenders are knowledgeable and awesome and make great drinks.Parking: Parking lot across the street from the building, limited parallel parking available in front of the business

I can’t stress this enough!! You MUST try cowboy jacks! The food is fantastic and the staff is even better. They have a massive food menu with something to try for everyone. Located in the best location in downtown nacogdoches on the brick street! 10/10 recommend
