I drove through this DQ today. The lady at the window with pink braids was very rude and had a bad attitude. She acted like she put out because she had to wait on us. First thing she said was “What are you ordering. Ice cream?” We said we wanted lunch. I ordered nachos with cheese and Jalapeños. She said we are out of cheese. Then we ordered chicken fingers and asked for ketchup. She said we are out of ketchup. We got no napkins with our order either. What DQ runs out of ketchup that is served with almost every meal at DQ? You need new management and workers! Will never return!’

Called to place a to go order for my aunt who is in the hospital and took forever to answer phone and then would not even let me place my order. She said it be 30 to 45 minutes before they could begin to get to me and hung up. This is the second fine this location has turned me away without serving me. First time we to the drive through and they said could not cook anything they changing out the fryer oil. No to a taco no to a burger no to a milk shake no to Sunday. Seems like whom ever manages this store is either MIA or doesn’t wonder why they are taking a loss in revenue. These employees need to be let go. This is unacceptable as a business. Will eat Dairy Queen in Center, TX and not bother at this location again. Truly sad.

SUPER RUDE!!!! Never again will I go there!I didn’t even get what I was asking for before she cut me off and said “we don’t have that!”Why is it on the menu if you don’t have it, and she didn’t need to be so rude and nasty about it. There was an older lady cooking and a younger girl takin drive through orders but they both were wearing headsets. The older lady was telling the girl to tell the people at the drive through that they didn’t have what they were ordering too! Absolutely nasty people that should not be allowed to work with customers.I didn’t even think about ordering anything else after she talked to me like she did

Went through the drive through ordered A bacon cheeseburger number 4 with mayonnaise mustard pickles. I was told to drive around to the front where I waited for 20 minutes to get my order only to get home to find There's no bacon or no pickles on my cheeseburger. Order completely wrong.

Went order Chicken Baskets they had advertised on their sign. Was told it was no longer available for the price it was advertised for. Did not honor what was on there sign.
WHAT has happened to Dairy Queen? Food is just terrible. Had steak finger basket recently and the “steak” which tasted like chewed up meat was so bad I couldn’t eat it. Yesterday my husband and I got blizzards. I got the candy cane one. Realized as we drove away that mine had no chocolate chunks in it like it’s supposed to have. I’m done with Dairy Queen.

When you call in or go up there to place a food order they aren't cooking the food because they're doing there cleaning. They close at 10pm. That's when you do your cleaning. Yall suck and the health inspector needs to come in and look at yalls store. It's

Very disappointed in this dq they should close it. Out of coke out of small buns, coke products taste like doctor pepper. Of course they are out of regular coke.Also, no sweet tea and no sugar packets. Just a dirty old building. The lady at the register was great.

Place was a joke. We had to wait an eternity, which is fine, but the girl at the window was in a terrible mood and I could even see her mouth saying curse words and shaking her head while making our blizzards. To top it all off, out of 3 that we ordered, TWO were wrong!! They were barely filled up with at least an inch below the rim. We just left because we couldn't deal with it anymore. I couldn't even eat mine because the flavor they gave me wrong is disgusting to me. Horrible waste of our money!
