For name brand pizza this place is pretty consistent. I would give it five stars because the service and app are on point n food always pipping hot!! but about a month ago sept/oct 2023 I had some really bad pizza/cheesy bread. Think there was something wrong with the cheese. I ate most of the bread with this weird taste (not thinking much of it) and throw it up near the end of my last bite. So whatever it was def didn’t sit well with my stomach. Probably be a good time until I can eat there again which sucks bc we order once every week or two. Think I was just a once time thing but my last experience was not good.**Good service hot food pretty consistent**

I feel like this dominos has really stepped up their game. The people are really nice and quick to get your order out and make up for any hiccups along the way. I had ordered a couple pizzas, and one of the workers came out to tell me he had messed up my order but was already replacing it and throwing in extras before I even noticed. THAT is excellent service that goes above and beyond to please their customers. Keep it up dominos!

My wife and I order pizza from here regularly and we will not be ordering from them anymore. Our order took over an hour to get to us, we don’t mind waiting. Our food was cold and my pizza looked like someone mashed it with their hands after it was cooked and also was melted to the box. There were no slices, it looked like monkey bread. My wife called and asked them to just fix the one pizza. The manager was rude and argued with her about our order and asked her “why it took an hour for us to call” we had barely opened our boxes. He said he would replace the pizza if we gave the old one back. Not a problem. We are still waiting on the replacement pizza an hour later. Very not happy. Will not be eating here anymore. $60 for our order and this is how we were treated. No thanks

Worst Dominos I’ve ever had. Driver was great given the circumstances he’s under. Only driver at 5pm on a weekday out runnings stacks of orders on the same run. 45 minutes after leaving the store, the food arrives. Bread twists were just that, naked bread sticks with no seasoning. Cheese dip had crusted to the bottom of its pan. Pizza was so poorly cut, one slice was no bigger than a stick of deodorant, undercooked, and had very poor ingredient distribution.

We ordered through the app and chose marinara instead of the regular sauce. That's what our email confirmation said would be on our pizzas. Apparently in the store the order went through as no sauce. When we went to pick up the pizza, all the person said was no sauce, right? We assumed he meant the small cups of extra sauces, so said we didn't want those. By the time we got home, we realized there was no sauce on the pizza at all. When we called to discuss it, the employees were extremely defensive and told us they had checked with us at the time of pick up and they have no control over what we see in the email confirmation and what they see in the store and that it's not their fault. It may not be the employees' fault, but there is a problem with the system, and they handled it poorly. Until the system is fixed and the employees improve their customer service, we will not be eating Dominos in Nacogdoches.
