This was our first stop on our road trip to the Smoky Mountains and it was worth it. Coffee was nice & strong and kolaches were delicious.

I love this donut shop, if I call ahead they will make a special order of donuts for us, without the glaze that glaze makes the donuts too sweet so we purchase some without....so delicious without that glaze.

I go to the Donut Palace every morning I buy two old-fashion One glazed and one chocolateThis morning I drove up and ask for 2 oldfashion The lady told me $3.00 for two ? I told her I'll just go up Street $1.90 at the Next donut shop up street and free Donut holes ?

The employees are wonderful. The place is super clean and very neat, Although the food looks quite delicious there wasn't much flavor to it. Would I eat here again? Yes, Because of the service and the cleanliness alone to me was worth everything. I can appreciate a place of business for such.

They gave me a water down coffee, asked if they could make me a new one and owner refused !!! The staff was very embarrassed by it. Very poor management

Never go there again..charge my debit. More than the sandwich was… So the girls can steal out the register.. at closing time

This used to be my favorite place to get donuts but something has changed. The donuts don’t seem as fresh and they seem like they’ve been refrigerated because they are so cold. I went two times recently and it was the same issue. Please go back to whatever you did before.
