I have autism and came here to get a drink to make me feel better after having a really bad day, and I walked up to the window and said hi to the girls at the window and they just looked at me and laughed and walked away and grabbed another person and they kept giving me snark because i think i had blood in my nose from when i got a bloody nose but i thought id cleaned it all.I was already having a bad day and came to get coffee to feel better! Being kind costs 0 dollars you never know what someone is truly going through!

Our drinks were delicious. There is always a huge line (no fault to anyone) just shows how great they are. Wish we could fix that somehow. I would love to get in and out quicker, but will still wait regardless.

The staff is always so sweet and service is quick! I recently tried the Cookie Butter Latte and WOW, it's probably the best latte I've had from Dutch Bros. The balance of sweetness and espresso was perfect.

I'd say the drinks are more of a 2.5, and everything else is great. When I first started going here, I would have said drinks are 4, but the longer they are open, the worse the drinks get. The espresso in all my coffee I get from here is always burnt now, and it wasn't at first. I can't be that mad, though, because everywhere in Nacogdoches that has coffee burns it.
We moved from TN recently and visited this Dutch Bros the first day. The bro-istas wrote cute little notes on our cups and were so fun and kind. The drinks were PERFECT. We weren't sure anything would measure up to the location we had in TN and this one far surpassed what we expected. Thank you Dutch Bros of Nacogdoches for the warm welcome!
