Avoid at all costs. Paid for a different customers order and instead of a refund, we were gifted the third drink from her ticket? And they pulled her card so she can pay for hers too? Took ages too. It’s sad looking at these reviews.

I usually have a great experience here but my last two visits the shift lead lady with long hair I feel is rude and not making drinks correctly. Everyone makes the watermelon fuzz correct except her. I hope management looks into her. From now on if she’s there I just won’t order!

Not even kidding there were 8-10 cars in line when I got here and it took me around 50 minutes to get my drink. I think that’s ridiculously slow service. But I do have to say the workers are extremely nice. Just very slow

I had never been to Dutch bros before but I started going and Julie was extremely helpful and told me about the app and gave me her recommendations on what different flavors work best with different kinds of drinks (the rebels and lemonades) her kind energy has brought me back once a week just hoping to get customer service as good as hers!! I will say I did come through one day and over heard another employee YELLING at her when I was getting my drink:( the energy was so thrown off and it was not professional at all. I tipped the person who yelled at her about 90% because I think they’re shared tips? and they are usually so kind, however not even a thank you was given to me. Just an “ok” when given the tip and then she walked to the next car:(

I love this place 99% of the time. But in that 1% there is an employee/s who makes the drink- and then doesn’t add the flavor. My sister ordered a picture perfect, and there was the coffee, the ice and cream, even the drizzles- but no syrups. It tasted like butt. I went back the next week and got a vanilla protein latte- and the latte part was made but no vanilla. Otherwise this place is absolutely fire. but like the flavors make or break the drink and with the price we’re paying the least y’all could do is make it right and keep feeding my Dutch addiction. thank you
