Staff was extremely rude. The girl at the register was VERY dismissive. I greeted her and she completely just started at me. She also got upset when I asked her to explain the bagels to me as I am a first time customer. The girl that’s a cook also had a bad attitude. I guess she was upset because I came in and she had to get up and actually do her job. When my food was done she called my name and I got my food I said thank you TWICE and she rolled her eyes at me…so disrespectful and rude. I NEVER make google reviews but felt the need to for this one.

Good breakfast burritos when I can get them but they are ALWAYS out of stock on various ingredients, even at opening. Someone needs to be in charge of restocking and stop giving excuses. And please don't respond with some canned statement. Just fix the problem.

Yessenia, the manager is always really helpful and goes the extra mile. I order every 4 or 5 months for my office. She is always there when I pick up my order and ensures I have everything I need. Once, I was in a walking book and she made sure I had help getting the order to my vehicle.
it would be nice if they could make it clear that they don't take coupons of any form before customers are made to wait in a very long line only to find out that even special offers in the company app aren't accepted. extremely disappointing.

The only redeeming quality of this place was its cookies, and I'm pretty sure they don't have them anymore, or they're just always out when I'm there. Bagels aren't great, but everything is extremely overpriced. I once asked for a plain, unsweetened iced coffee, with no milk, and that's not on their menu. Their iced coffee is actually just an iced latte... So I asked for just a plain iced espresso, and they spent five minutes asking me if I was really sure, and how could I possibly want that, and they didn't think I knew what I was getting into, and ARE YOU SURE? lol
