I personally don’t recommend the Naples location at all. I purchased a cake 9/13 and picked it up around 4pm..we cut into it around 8:15pm, to find it raw in the middle. It wasn’t fully cooked at all!! I called 9/14 and talked to the owner I’m assuming with how rude she was. Great American Cookie in Edison Mall, Fort Myers FL has been under new management for the past year and is outstanding. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. Can't wait to go back!

I purchased their Brookie cookie at the Brandon exchange (Brandon Mall) store in Brandon, FL. I am absolutely disgusted that this hair was found BAKED into the cookie. Luckily, my daughter does not just bite into cookies and breaks it apart but that is how she found it is when the cookie would not separate because it was joined with a piece of hair. I expect better than this when paying almost $12 for cookies. I will try and post pics and video in comments.
