I purchased their Brookie cookie at the Brandon exchange (Brandon Mall) store in Brandon, FL. I am absolutely disgusted that this hair was found BAKED into the cookie. Luckily, my daughter does not just bite into cookies and breaks it apart but that is how she found it is when the cookie would not separate because it was joined with a piece of hair. I expect better than this when paying almost $12 for cookies. I will try and post pics and video in comments.

I personally don’t recommend the Naples location at all. I purchased a cake 9/13 and picked it up around 4pm..we cut into it around 8:15pm, to find it raw in the middle. It wasn’t fully cooked at all!! I called 9/14 and talked to the owner I’m assuming with how rude she was. I sent her photos of the cake and said she would look into it… well I called back around 12:50pm to find out what the outcome on my refund would be and was told I could only get half because I wouldn’t drive another 45 mins to the location to bring a cookie back for her to look at in person… I had already explained I threw it away and trash was taken out… I have filled a complaint with corporate. $50 cake that I couldn’t even eat. Ridiculous! The customer service was even worse!

Great American Cookie in Edison Mall, Fort Myers FL has been under new management for the past year and is outstanding. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. Can't wait to go back!

We use them all the time in Bridgeland the fry road location in cypress. We love their cookie cakes for parties as well as coming up there for ice cream. Very nice staff!

I did an order online in Laredo TX location to pick up after 2 hrs and the employees told me that they did not received the order. How come they did not receive the order ? They were sitting talking and doing nothing, they supposed to check orders online. I arrived late to my son’s school because those ladies did not check the system on time.
Also I tried to contact the manager and never answer her cell phone . Very bad service .

It's not a full Great American Cookie, so it doesn't have the full selection you'd expect, but the cookies they do have are fantastic. They also offer amazing cookie cakes, and everyone working there is super friendly and courteous.

It's basically a a ice cream shop,(marble slab). Pricy but good. Friendly staff, good service. I would recommend it. ?
I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter birthday and it was awful. The icing tasted horrible and was not sweet at all. The cake itself tasted old. The writing looks like a kid wrote it. I spent $50 on this cake for no one to enjoy it. I will stick to the Lufkin location where you get better quality.
