I attend school at the university down the street and I alway come here for a little pick me up after classes. The staff is always real nice, and they really get to know you and it makes the experience all worthwhile! I’m about to graduate soon and I’ll miss this store when I move!Vegetarian options: They usually only have three vegan flavors, which I’ve tried all of them, but my favorite has to be the birthday cake! They occasionally have seasonal vegans that also haven’t disappointed, my favorite seasonal being a apple pie one they had around thanksgiving!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free and vegan cookies on their normal menu, and they occasionally get seasonal vegans that are usually quite good as well.Kid-friendliness: When I went with my cousin who I was babysitting sitting, she told me she wanted a unicorn cookie, the staff went out of their way to make something special just for her, free of charge. They are always super clean and I’d no problem brining my cousin back!
The gentleman who works there is rude and very unprofessional. I had an order there and he lied stated that the order was canceled when I showed him that the order wasn't cancelled he stated that they don't take orders through DoorDash..Which isn't true because they are on DoorDash.

Horrible customer service lazy staff and unprofessional. The guy at the front should not work with customers and should definitely get mental evaluation done immediately. The worst customer service I've had experienced in this town.
Normally it’s hard for me to say bad things. But as someone that works in customer service, I left really disappointed at how rude the employee was. I thought I was in a movie but as the conversation carried on it just confirmed for me I won’t be back. Hopefully, you have a better time if you choose to come.

The cookies are great, but they cant seem to ever order enough milk (regular, white milk, not strawberry or chocolate). I come here 1-2 times per week and they will only have regular milk 50% of the time. Im not a terrorist, so I want milk with my cookies, and so they will be losing my business unless they have milk, because 'MERICA!
