Coffee is great but I waited over more than 20 mins for my toast order because they put it in the wrong area to pick it up had no idea it was even ready until i kept seeing people come in and out and i had to ask what happened to my toast order to top it off it was made incorrectly and had to wait even longer for it to be remade. Then when it was remade the extra shot I paid for was definitely not in there overly sweet.

this is my favorite coffee shop that i’ve ever, EVER, been to. the roasts? immaculate. the consistency? 10/10. the vibes? cozier than a fireplace on christmas eve. the staff have always been incredibly sweet over the 15 years i’ve been visiting, and the owner is lovely!! i moved away from nac last year, and i’ve been ordering the red dirt blend since then to try and get even a taste of how good their coffee is.

My normal go to is the Milky Way with oat milk but today I tried their cinnamon roll latte over ice. It was so good! We try to visit a Java Jacks every time we are in Nac.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a coffee shop before. But the coffee is so damn good, I had to tell everyone. I drove through and didn't order any food so I'm not much help in that regard. But the coffee was absolutely amazing. I've been drinking decaf for a few years and it is typically an afterthought, made with a lower quality Bean and process. This cup was magical. Clearly a fresh thoughtfully roasted Bean, notes of chocolate and blueberry. Absolutely wonderful. Thanks for caring about the less caffeinated amongst us 😂

Stopped here on our road trip on a Sunday morning and this place was PACKED!! Looks like a family business and they were doing a fine job of keeping up the smiles and welcoming atmosphere while dealing with dozens of orders. Got a dark roast drip coffee and iced vanilla chai— both very yummy 😋 We will definitely stop here again when driving through Nacogdoches. 👍 And the restrooms were clean, too. 👍👍
