This place has great vibes if you're looking for something quiet, vintage, indie vibes. I've gone here a few times to study with friends or just hang out, I like the atmosphere. But every time I've gone, the drinks are just gross. Every drink I've tried has a chemical bitter taste, but the sweets are good. I wouldn't go here for coffee.

Pros: great savory breakfast, excellent scones, great drinks, plenty of seating, pleasant atmosphereCons: Wi-Fi doesn't workI recommend their breakfast club, orange cranberry scones, creme brulee latte, and raspberry mocha. Their teas are nice too. Their Nutty Irishman is the only thing I've had that was bland. Also, even after verifying their Wi-Fi network and password with the employees, neither myself nor my friend could get their Wi-Fi to work. Overall, great coffee shop to relax with tasty drinks and munchies.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a sense of chaos and disorganization. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and it took forever to even place my order. But the real disappointment came when I finally got my coffee. It was lukewarm, overly bitter, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I couldn't even finish it, it was that bad. I spoke concerns to who I believe is the owner and she was absolutely awful to me how can you run a business and be that incapable of customer service.

Cute little place with eclectic clientele and warm, friendly baristas. Pretty standard drink selections of average quality. Avoid the chicken panini, as the meat was super dry and tough. Great place for having a casual conversation.

Was just passing through town on a long road trip North. I stopped here and I just wanted to say what a great place. The coffee was great, my ham and provolone croissant was perfect.. but most of all the girls behind the counter were so great! Super friendly and welcoming. Just great service and place ❤️

Was passing through nacadoches around lunch time and needed a place to sit down and do some work on my laptop for a few hours. This place rocks. Plenty of seating, good lighting, good drinks, and good for a light meal/bite. I ordered the black bean panini and it was great, came with chips and a pickle. The vibes were great, would definitely stop in again if I'm in the area.Vegetarian options: Several food options can be made vegetarian and come with black beans and veggies subbed for protein.

Just OK. I had a vanilla latte — something every coffee shop should be able to master. It had a perfectly drinkable temp but the flavor was more sweet than vanilla. The service is perfunctory; the cashier immediately pointed me to a piece of paper on the counter when I asked the beverages on the overhead menu board. Not very welcoming, more of a “don’t ask me just read it for yourself” sort of customer service. Final instructions on picking up the coffee were not clear.

Was in need of coffee this morning so I decided to give Java Jacks a try. While waiting in the drive thru, young lady inside told me to that she was running behind and to give her 8 mins. Well, it’s been 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and they still have yet to open. Multiple people are in the store walking around but ignoring the window. Young lady in red finally came to the window to take our order at 7:48. We’ve been here since 7:19 in the drive through, waiting. They were probably hoping we left, i don’t know. But I waited and the coffee was horrible. I will never come back here if this is how staff behaves and if the coffee isn’t good. I get you’re running late but at least make sure you craft QUALITY drinks for those you make wait for 30 mins.Side note: imagine waiting in the drive thru and someone parked in the parking lot walks up to the door to get their drink that was made ahead of time, but everyone else who’s been waiting to be let in still weren’t till the same time our order was taken. Crazy! LOL
Love that the atmosphere is laid back and it’s not as crazy as Starbucks. (Which I always have the worst experience) The coffee is great here too! I like to drink my coffee and read a good book and study.. I have never had a bad experience and the upstairs just a cool place to get stuff done at ??

Quaint coffee shop in Nacogdoches with great seating and fun coffee options. I tried their Jackhammer drink, their espresso with drip coffee, and it was surprisingly good and not overwhelmingly bitter (for those who enjoy black coffee). They have all the other classic coffee options, as well as pastries and food, but I have yet to try them. The latte’s were good too! I would recommend if you’re looking for a cute coffee shop and are in town.
