Where is it located because I went to the location and it wasn't there?
I didn't go here because they weren't open, pretty sure the crawfish pies at the gas station came from here and they were as delicious as the boudain balls and links in the store, too.

This place has excellent food, but is currently working on improving their space and atmosphere. Currently they are appearing at the Nacogdoches farmers market every Saturday but when they get their food truck, they will be traveling all over Nacogdoches at the very least. Look for their truck!

What a hidden gem. The regular boudin balls are so good. So crispy on the outside & full of flavor on inside. The beans & rice good. Jambalaya had chicken, shrimp & sausage. Didn't scrimp on them either. Very good depth of flavor. Meat pies really good also. Will try the gumbo when it cools off outside...currently 104. Heard the burger is good but just wanted cajun go to food today. Nothing overly spicy...just really tasty.

Fun Visit with owner. Could taste the crawfish in the Boudin Balls. Etoufee had backend heat but need a bit more base flavor to hit our LA roots. Generous portions. Fried fish and shrimp had good flavor and crisp. PoBoy was good. Foods doesn’t beat the big boys but not by much. NOT disappointed. Will be back!

Omg!!!! It was my first time here. I wish I didn't live sooo far. The atmosphere Service food was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. I will visit this place EVERYTIME I'm in town.
