If I could give a zero star I would š¤ your days are numbered KFC. PSA donāt order a bowl online and except to get what you ordered when you show up. Like what is this make your own bowl? They had no nuggets and substituted two missing orders with of nuggets with 3 old crusty dry chicken strips. Pics to show what it looked like before going in the trash can. Waste of money!!!

They have to have a better service and better food. Bought mash potatoes and gravy and the gravy was nasty. I tried to call to them know about it and never answered the damn phone. Yall need to fired and rehired new crew about this place.

I drove 25 minutes and ordered a leg and a thigh, coleslaw and mashed potatoes. $12.99. Got home with a miniscule wing and a breast, coleslaw and no potatoes. I called repeatedly for 20 minutes and no answer. Probably won't go back.

Went there for dinner at 6:10 in the drive thru. Was informed it would be 45 minutes to get a 2 piece meal, so I ordered tenders and nuggets. Was told they only had a total of 13 nuggets available. Ended up ordering a 5 PC tender meal, 8 piece nugget meal, 5 nuggets alone and two extra biscuits. I only received 1 biscuit total, and the tenders were too hard to eat. Tried to call the store many times, no one answered. They were happy to take my money though.

order 2 of the $7 3 tenders meal and the pie poppers was not in there also oredred the pie poppers and did not get them try call them on the phone and the line is staying busy i ordered delivery everytime i order from there my prder is not rigth

Stopped by for two $7 boxes. Staff was kind of rude. Ordered one drink with a 3 piece tender meal and received a meal on the order (a la carte famous bowl to be easy) we had to change because with my original request (3 piece, all legs instead of the thigh and whatever), i was loudly told by another employee that they āarenāt obligated to make it any other way then how it comesā (which to most people is a score but not when we dont have enough cup holders for the extra drinks and didnt want the extras since we couldnāt have what we wanted). Iāve never had any issues with this request anywhere else. Then we were not given plasticware. Tenders were very tiny. And the chicken in the bowl was either overcooked or old because it was very chewy.

Drive thru slow Was there at 730 for bone chicken and there was none. Why the heck is a chicken place not have any chicken at 730pm. That's just crazy. Need to get a better system and have chicken till you close.
