Drive thru slow Was there at 730 for bone chicken and there was none. Why the heck is a chicken place not have any chicken at 730pm. That's just crazy. Need to get a better system and have chicken till you close.

2nd time coming to this kfc and it's trash the service was not professional the workers are not in uniform they are rude the kfc alone is very trash bathrooms stained and dirty and the dining area was dirty both times going they always give me more wings then any other meat they are constantly out of items the outside of resturant looks decent but the inside all in all is trash.

Got the 5 dollar special 3 chicken strips and fries š but in the bag there wasn't the dipping sauce I asked for nothing for the fries š and to top it off no napkins.. young girl worker and KFC has gotten so expensive you can't afford I guess the modern day employees don't get it and think they are the knight in shining armor savior of KFC and you should be happy they are working..
Ok, so I don't know what it is here in Nacogdoches TX! I've lived here about 7 years now. The help in this city is Trash. Rude is the main attitude here. Arrived at 6:30 pm on a week night, tried to get a family meal, and get this No Chicken made. They said it would be an hour wait as rude as they could. I mean words can't express what I want to put on here. If you're passing through, just keep passing because this has been my experience in this town. Fast food Chicken places with no chicken made in a chicken town!!! Try Burger King or Chick-fil-A
We dashed a meal tonight...the chicken tenders were burned and one of our dr.peppers were missing. Never will I order here again!!! Thanks KFC for the expensive dog food!!!

I recently visited KFC and had an amazing experience! The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the insideājust as it should be. The seasoning was perfect, giving each bite a great balance of flavors. I also tried their mashed potatoes and gravy, which were smooth and comforting. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Only thing is they donāt have a phone and upon questioning they havenāt had a phone for the past 5-6 years because everything is handled online. Overall, it was a satisfying meal that left me craving more. KFC never disappoints, and this visit was no exception! Highly recommend

Poor experience, poor customer Service, store was out of product, and did express they were out of any product, we order so when we got our order, it was made wrong an had wrong side, had items in our bag we didn't even order. And when we cld the store back to ask why. They said oh sorry out of product. Didn't offer to fix it, just hung up on me. This store needs to be shut down, and the staff needs to be retrained on what customer service is.

Signage advertises ā3 Chicken Tenders & French Fries $5.00ā Go inside to place order and employee asks for order. I tell him and he asks if I want the āspecial on the signā. He then tells me they are out of Fries and what other side would I like. I reply, coleslaw . Employee states they are out of coleslaw too. What the heck is going on at the Nacogdoches, Texas KFC!
