Zero stars! A joke. Salsa was runny like water. Chips were stale. Tortillas were stale. Bread was burnt on my sandwich. The tacos and the Philly had dry bland beef. On the Philly, not enough cheese and there were only a small handful of fries (not even enough to form a pile on the plate.)Soda was in a can (no refills) took forever to get to us even though we were the only people dining in. I told the waitress everything and she just smiled and continued to charge me full price even though I left half of my sandwich on the table. “I’m just a waitress “ she said. Never going back. Also the dining area was not clean. I was refunded $5 the next day but that’s not good enough.

Our SFA student recommended for lunch on Saturday around 11:30 a.m.. says that he and his buddy come here every Tuesday for lunch. From the street you wouldn't think there's very many tables, but they have a dining room in the back down a couple of steps. Plenty of room. There was no waiting for a table, service was prompt and hospitable throughout the visit. Very clean space and has a fun and whimsical decor. Nice menu with lots of choices, but not too many. We ordered street tacos two ways, a fiesta taco plate, Birria tacos and a cheeseburger. Fantastic Ice-T, I know that sounds silly but you can make crappy tea. Regular sodas and Mexican Coke available. There was chips and salsa for the table. I would advise you to skip the table salsa and wait for the red and green sauces once you've ordered your meal. The green sauce has an avocado and cream base with a roasted flavor that is excellent, Medium heat. The red sauce was my favorite. Also a cream base, with dark red chilies. Intense heat but not at the sacrifice of beautiful flavors. It was only 10 to 15 minutes until our food came out after we ordered. Everything was piping hot. I enjoyed the refried beans(vegetarians beware 😉), The Spanish style rice was fine. The tacos were all excellent and had a visible quality of ingredients and composition. Everyone enjoyed the food that they ordered and were very happy with their selection. My son that ordered the cheeseburger was a little disappointed that it came with mayo, but he should have read the menu (his fault). As a dad should, I tried a bite of everyone's selections and they were all excellent. Again, the lady that was serving our table kept up with us beautifully but did not disrupt our conversations. Nothing but kindness and hospitality. Looking forward to coming back on our next visit. Thanks for a great meal.

King Tacos is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in Nacogdoches, I have ever tasted! The food has actual flavor, well seasoned with just the right amount of kick(spice). Plus their hot sauce is actually spicy, I definitely recommend coming in to done in, or take out. Try the burrito for sure, it's definitely a guy buster!!

First timers. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious. The tacos were awesome with all fresh ingredients. The big burrito was amazing. It was all very good. We drove 3 hours to try this place
KT's was a great taco shop. Great people good food and comfortable. 20% student discount with id. Lunch and daily specials. To good on thw budget and stomach. Your tastebuds will love you. Helotes is great. The street tacos are fantastic. I had the pastor. Dafinetly worth a visit.
