I love to shop at Kroger's but today I bought 12 donuts and they all tasted rock hard like they were day old donuts and so I paid 8.99 for not good donuts

I went to Kroger yesterday, July 6th, to pickup a prescription. While there I decided to take advantage of their weekly discounts. I got a 30pk of Miller Lite that was advertised as $21.97 and went to check out and I charged me $23.99. They told me they could not legally change the price on my checkout. BS!!! I guess they have been scamming customers all week!!

I do not recommend the Kroger on North Street. Often times I will do a grocery pickup and I usually go to University, but I chose North Street because it is closer to my house. The wait time for pickup is ridiculous.

I ordered the half sheet and got a quarter sheet and the cake wasn't even the cake I ordered..how do you go from the flip flops decorations to the one I got..yes they said they were out of flip flops but how do you change the whole cake without even asking? I called the manager and I was headed to the party so she offered another quarter sheet but not decorated obviously and when I picked it up..it was red and white plain with my daughters name misspelled!

great prices and great food BUT do NOT go to pharmacy.... EVERY time I went to Kroger to get my mother-in-laws medicine was told it would be 15 to 30 min. I called corporate several times with NO results. I STOPPED going thereafter started going to Walmart. No more problems

My mother was told that my father’s prescription would be ready at in two hours (11am). Upon arrival at 2:30pm, we were told it would be fifteen minutes to fill. No apology, no empathy. Father had to wait in car in pain which what we were trying to avoid.

I was really disappointed for the first time with the pharmacy, I waited for about 4 minutes and I ask the girl name Jessica if she could wait on me since she was airing out her laundry to the pharmacist, and she turn around and told a lady by the name of Melissa to wait on me and she was busy by the computer either filling order or verifying. I did make a comment to Jessica that it was not polite for her to be airing out her laundry where everyone could hear it. One time yea

I have been shopping at the Kroger's in South Bossier City for 20+ years and our family of four spends about $1000 a month there, and that all ends today, I have had some problems in the past but nothing major. There is rude Brenda, but balanced with sweat Glenda. But today I was treated poorly by not one, not two but yes three employees in a row, so i asked for the manager and he apologized for his employee's and said he was going to make it up to me... and did nothing. Well Kroger's there is a brand new Wal-Mart neighborhood store opening right next door to you and I had been torn emotionally wither to stay with my Kroger's or jump ship and go to Wal-Mart. Thank you for helping me make that decision. If Kroger's has no loyalty to it's customers then we should not worry about having any loyalty to Kroger's right??
