Service was horrible! I asked for a regular pepperoni pizza & crazy bread . The rude girl said my total was as $13 ! I said why is it so much , the pizza only $6 she said there was a wait on the pizza , I said you never mentioned that! She said that I didn’t ask for a “classic” pepperoni so she gave me the $8 pizza ! She was rude af, people need to teach their kids respect!

Everyone knows their pizza and their prices, but this location have the nicest employees, I’m eating here regularly and I enjoy their service every time, especially I would like to name Esther, she is such a nice and humble lady, she is the best!

We had ordered two pizzas at least thirty minutes in advance, including a plain cheese. However, when we had arrived to pick it up, the order had not even been started yet, and by the time we received the pizzas, both were topped incorrectly. The employees were rather rude when we requested a replacement or refund. We ended up taking the original order anyways, but the customer service here needs serious work if we're ever to come back.

Normally my experience here is always good and the pizza is good too, this last time it was not.I'm going to calk it up to the particular mix of kids that were working there that night for that shift (flirting with one another, constantly on their phones, not fulfilling orders, leaving customers waiting 30 min, one pizza was cold, one had no sauce...)Thankfully the manager worked with me to make it right.I will return in the future.

I’d put 0 stars if it were an option! I ordered online and You get what you pay for and what I mean by that you get a cold uncooked pizza by a bunch of disrespectful kids. I was told if I wanted a better pizza I should’ve ordered from Pizza Hut and that’s exactly what I’m going to do next time! This location is a joke and the parking is ridiculous trying to get in and get out of! The little ceasers in Henderson has a nicer staff & better parking accommodations. Stay away from this specific location!Parking: Terrible

Rude customers!!!!!! I ordered all of my food fresh and they gave me old stale crazy bread and when I asked to swap it it was a problem!!! Not to mention I have worked for the company and they do not know how to properly prepare food!!!!
