This is the absolutely worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. There's almost always something wrong with my order when I go here. Two weeks ago they forgot to put chicken on my wife's McChicken. Today, (a long with many other days) I ordered a large order of fries for her and the container was half full. This happens a lot. I'm so sure that I'm not the only one experiencing this from this location. There was one manager that told me that I should check my order before I leave.......I shouldn't have to. It I've never had to check my order at any restaurant until I moved to Bryan, TX in '12 but, after moving to Nacogdoches, TX in '16, I quickly saw that this location is definitely a lot worse all around. I only go here for other people and it's the closest to my residence. I stopped eating here years ago. Basically, this McDonald's sucks and there's no help for it.

Literally disgusting. I asked for a McChicken with no mayonnaise and extra onions and extra mustard and I got extra mayonnaise and extra lettuce. Terrible terrible service never eat here. Absolutely terrible do not eat here super bad. And when I got my sandwich remade back behind counter and most likely reused it.

I just got food from the drive through. I went with $20 cash. That’s the ONLY cash I had. I paid for my food which was $10 and some change. She gave me back coins. I said she gave me the wrong change and she said “no you only gave me a 10”. I decided to pick my battles since my kid was in the car, but no ma’am. I gave you a $20 and you kept my change. You must’ve needed it more than I did though. This was my first time getting fast food in a VERY long time and will definitely be the last from this location.

This location is superior to most. Service is friendly and efficient and the food delivery is quick. Also, the sandwiches are made properly with the correct portions of condiments, and the cheese perfectly melted. So many places you get a cold slice of cheese. Also, their sandwiches look like the ones in the photos.

This on is generally slower and gets orders wrong.
The food at inside desk was produced so fast. The bathrooms were very clean. The lady at the counter was very polite and professional. The food quality didn't suffer even though produced so quick. I work in fast food and I was impressed.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a big island with stools where a wheel chair could park at the end and still be sitting next to companions.

Last time I went one of the ladies bring food to the counter didn't say our number, so we didn't know it was ready. We went up there to check on the food and with a snobby ass attitude she says oh it's been done I called your number a while ago and listen next time (when she clearly did not cuz we were sitting not too far from the counter) rude as hell and the food sucked that day as well.

BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL McRIB!! not the McRib with tomato paste that's supposed to be bbq sauce but the sticky dark bbq sauce that made this the best sandwich McDonald's ever offered.
