If I want McDonald's, this is the location I will drive to. I'm an hour away. I don't eat out as much here but when I do, this is the spot. My food is always delicious, soda tastes good and you get friendly and professional staff.

They give u a number if dining in and say they would bring your trayto you. Will 20 minutes later I go to when I ordered from and my tray is sitting there cold. Never again

I eat here every 2 weeks, I order through the app. They always get my order wrong, and when I ask for them to fix it, there's always another error. They're not rude about it, but it's very frustrating never quite getting what I paid for. It would be fine if it's a one off, but sadly not the case!

I don’t usually come to this location a lot for many reasons, the staff seem problematic, and my orders usually come out wrong but as of recent time I was assisted by a very nice Hispanic woman by the name of Mayra who went above and beyond than the other staff members at this McDonald’s. She has made my experience more enjoyable at this location and has actually made my orders correctly! From what I’ve seen she’s definitely a hard worker who takes pride in her job and I do wish they would give her a promotion of some sort because she has been very excellent to me and whenever she takes my order or just so happens to be on kitchen duty she makes the effort to say hi to me whenever she’s able to. Please do not lose her! She’s a one of kind worker who I feel like isn’t appreciated enough!

I ordered a Steak eggs and cheese Bagel on my way to work........ When I open it and take a bite it has Sausage not Steak, I am not sure how this happened but I don't eat the sausage..... Sad experience 😢
Horrible service, took forever, left hungry. Changed my review cause last time it was great. Lady claimed my card didn't go through. I want my money back.

Unresolved Quality & Deceptive Practice Complaint where I've reached out to customer care email 2x's w/no resolution. Sent Sr. VP Mr. Smoot; Chief Restaurant Officer an email. Still no response. In JUNE, purchased 2 Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese from the McDonald's located in Nacogdoches, TX. In this instance, on both orders, I received a single-patty burger that had been placed in a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese box, despite being charged for the double.
