It was 7pm & I knew I wanted BBQ. And out of every BBQ place in Nac, this is the only BBQ place that was still open past 7- til 730! They always accommodate me, as I always ask for extra BBQ sauce & a side of pickles! But I'm a huge BBQ fan & this is one of my favorite places to always come to!

Went here on a Sunday when our other favorite BBQ spots were closed. Walked in very hesitant, especially after seeing pre-sliced, thin and lean brisket in a pan. The guy behind the counter informed me that they can cut some fresh fatty brisket up to order. We went ahead and ordered the family pack which came with 1lb. of brisket and a whole smoked chicken along with two sides. We got the dirty rice and brisket beans and added a side of potato salad. The brisket turned out to be waaaay better than I expected and even the white meat chicken maintained its moisture. I could've eaten the container of dirty rice by itself and been happy. The beans were also great and very harty. Overall, Mike's is def an option for BBQ, especially on a Sunday. Good job on the food and very accommodating service!

Food had zero flavor. (Sausage, brisket, chopped brisket sandwich, Mac & cheese, potato salad, bbq sauce) Tea was practically clear. Blackberry cobbler was the only thing worth eating- it wasn’t warm.

you drive through and have one item, tell the girl at the window who repeats that one item. get my item and it is wrong, turn around in the parking lot and take it back. the man behind the desk ask if they screwed up, "UMMMM yep" they begin to make the right item and I ask for the 6.00 I paid to get the wrong item. He replied " we don't refund money. BAD BUSINESS, TO EXPENSIVE. NEED COMPENTIVE EMPLOYESS

I am visiting Nagadoches for the 1st time. Passed this business on my way to my hotel. Pulled up to the drive through and I got the impression they were closing soon...several people at the window staring as I ordered. They were out of most everything. I ordered the pulled pork, potato salad and blackberry cobbler. I realized I forgot to ask for no barbecue sauce when I gave my order but the young lady was gone. When she returned with my card, I politely said, "is it too late to ask for no barbecue sauce she turned and asked the young men and in unison they shouted "YES" and they all shot me annoyed looks, she then proceeded to lecture me on being prepared and being specific with my order next time. I couldn't have known what the locals know as I am only visiting. It should be the staff's responsibility to ask if a customer wants sauce or not. The food was ok, better than Taco Bell for dinner. I hate bbq sauce so I might have liked it better without the sauce. I was embarrassed by the way I was treated. Just wanted to let the owners know my experience. This is easy to correct. I am not opposed to trying this place if I am ever back in Nagadoches and even editing this review if things improve. We all deserve a second chance.

You are paying for leftover, microwaved lukewarm food. Do not eat here if you care about quality or getting your moneys worth.
I've tried fried fish from several places and none compared to Mike's. I know it's a BBQ place but you must try the fried fish.
