Wow, great BBQ. Had the Sloppy Joe & don't let the name fool you. This is a huge sandwich made of brisket. You'll need double napkins to eat it. Side dishes of cold slaw & baked beans with pieces of smoke pork was tasty. Wife had the brisket sandwich & it too was perfectly done. Mike's isn't a fancy place but you'll be hard pressed to find better BBQ.

Great family owned and operated business
I was happy to see the youngest son on top of things today when going by.

Excellent quality, kid friendly. My kids enjoy the BBQ sandwiches, chopped beef.

Great food and workers. The employees are always really kind and helpful, and the stuffed jalapeño’s are amazing (I love spicy food, and I can rarely find stuffed jalapeños in Nacogdoches that are actually SPICY).

Also since the person below me decided to be a negative Nancy, just for anyone who wants to know, Mikes Drive Thru closes at 8, the INSIDE closes at 7:30. There is a sign on the door that I’m sure they just chose to ignore. I was also in there...
