The drinks were really good and the employees were really nice and very helpful. The prices are really nice if you’re on a low budget, the flavors are good and for those who are on a sugar free diet they can make some drinks sugar free which was really nice. The atmosphere in the place was calm and relaxing and they have a fridge with teas and bobas available so you could maybe make your own drinks at home which could be really fun! I've now been here three times and every single time the service has been above and beyond. All the employees I've met have been so friendly, happy to answer questions, make suggestions, and really get to know your likes to make the best suggestions they can. So far I've tried the Brown Sugar Chai, Pumpkin Harvest Latte, and today (pictured in this review) the Apple TotTea. Every single drink has been blended, steeped, mixed, or otherwise prepared amazingly.They have spectacular deals, as well. I highly recommend asking them about all their specials. They also have a neat little sample bar with some of their tea options. They have loose leaf teas for sale by the ounce or by the tin. They have boba. They have concentrates. They have snacks. They have flavored sugars. They have flavored honey. Like, they really have pretty much have any and everything you want or need!
