I asked for light cheese and they didn’t put light cheese at all. There were barely any toppings on my pizza and the crust was so massive the middle was sunk in, making it super thin and floppy. I don’t mind thick crust but I ordered a pizza not a loaf of bread.

Consistently terrible. The slowest pizza place I have ever been to, and the employees have the gall to get upset when you ask when your order might be ready. The location aslo smells like sewage.

Order delivery through the Papa John’s website ( where they then evidently pass the delivery on to door dash)Order was left outside our hotel room without even a knock on the door so that we would know it had arrived ( I did not get any text notifications on order/delivery)Missing the 2liter drink, bottle of water and ALL of the extra sauces that we PAID for.Called the location and the manager was not helpful, professional, he was rude and even hung up when I relented on getting refunded the amount of the missing items ( said he could not do that) and told him to deliver them, though he said it would be another at least 45minutes (as of the time of this review they have still not been delivered)On top of ALL if that the pizza was not made correctly. Supposed to have half of the pizza with pineapple and the other half with onions both items were on the entire pizza.Terrible customer service Would not recommend this location

OMG.. just turn away, if you place a phone order you will be talking to someone literally a world away, who doesn't even know what a pizza is much less the hours of operation , menu items and from what I could gather, ingredients you put on a pizza, In short the order was wrong I paid WAY to much for what I got, this company should rethink its phone order service, it was a Complete s*** show ,
Great location and staff is very friendly. I always do a pick up order and they never miss! Enjoy!

We ordered a pizza with just a couple of toppings and a 2 liter beverage. Our order was not complicated or large. 45 minutes later, as expected, our order showed up. We immediately began to eat it only to find it to be barely room temperature, almost cold. The garlic butter was so cool it was solidifying. It was an incredible let down eating cold pizza for supper, but it was time to eat. We won't be doing this again...
