My rating is F for website &/or corporate. Never able to get my "FREE" pizza because it's accessible on-line only, but that doesn't work any more. In past years I was able to redeem points easily, but not recently. I've tried at least 4 separate occasions but nothing works! Not happy at all!!!

Go to Napolis if you want a good pizza. The manager is rude and doesn’t understand it isn’t okay to insult a tip when given especially when it was a 20 percent tip. This place sucks and I highly don’t recommend. They don’t care about you they just care about extremely high tips. I also found spit in my pizza.

Pizza Hut is a really good pizza for fast food. Quick and efficient. The app leaves much to be desired. It was hard to get the order to place.
This is the Pizza Hut store I use when ordering. In all the years ordering from from here, I have yet to have any issues. The pizza is what I ordered and hot. I use the drive thru or take out.

This franchise is always out of large pan pizzas! When I asked the manager she said they do not make enough each day for the special $12.00 deal. I think they do this on purpose to make you buy a more expensive option!

Paid extra for Pizza Hut and promptness and it shows up 20 minutes after it should’ve. If short handed no problem but notify the customer. I won’t be a customer there again - people should act the way they want to be treated. Terrible terrible service
Ordered a large pizza, got there, paid then they said they made me a medium and couldn't get a refund. Wut up wit dat pizza hut. University st pizza hut, order a pizza pay and get a soda instead.
