They always get our order right and food is always well prepared and delicious. Staff is friendly, helpful and a joy to do business with. I always order extra black olives and other places rarely use enough for what I consider extra, but these guys give plenty extra every time.

Bought two of the new cheesy bites pizzas with the ranch flight and my husband gets there just for them to tell him that the ranch doesn't come with it. When online there's not even an option for the pizza to not come with the ranches. Definitely something you should advise on your website that it cost extra to get the ranch.

Hard to believe a pizza place can be out of pork sausage for over a week but they were out last weekend and again this weekend. IMO there is no excuse for failing to keep a very basic ingredient in stock. Long time customer lost Pizza Hut.

My rating is F for website &/or corporate. Never able to get my "FREE" pizza because it's accessible on-line only, but that doesn't work any more. In past years I was able to redeem points easily, but not recently. I've tried at least 4 separate occasions but nothing works! Not happy at all!!!

Go to Napolis if you want a good pizza. The manager is rude and doesn’t understand it isn’t okay to insult a tip when given especially when it was a 20 percent tip. This place sucks and I highly don’t recommend. They don’t care about you they just care about extremely high tips. I also found spit in my pizza.
