Absolute worse customer service experience from anywhere EVER. At least they are consistently terrible. I give them a “shot” once a month or so, and every time it’s something(too busy, cc machine down, order mistakes….just to name a few past experiences). The last 3 trips over the last few months I haven’t even ordered anything since the drive thru attendant asks me to “come in side we are too busy”. How are you too busy with exactly 5 cars in the parking lot, with no one in drive through, at 1pm in the afternoon.Do you pay the employees? They act like the truly HATE their job and have zero customer service skills.It’s a shame really….I enjoy the food but simply can’t bear the service downside.

I like this location.I don't have unrealistic expectations of "instant" food/ service. Maybe before COVID, but certainly not now when restaurants can barely keep enough staff to operate. The people here do a great job managing the orders and getting it done. They definitely need more people in the kitchen for faster service especially on busy weekends. But, the food is good and I'm definitely going to be back.Parking: Main parking lot to the right of the store.

Food is alright.Business hours are inconsistent, they close the store whenever they want without logging out their online order system.There have been more than 3 times I placed an order online hours before their closing time but only found closed store with no light.Never shop here again!

I stopped by a little over a week ago and went to the drive-through. The menu was black but a lady came on the intercom and said if I wanted to order I needed to come inside. After parking I went inside to find a few folks waiting for their orders and a few more people in front of me waiting to order. One gentlemen mentioned he had been waiting nearly 30 mins for his order and he hoped we had time to wait. Once he finally received his order, to-go I might add, he asked the lady if his biscuits had made it into the order. The lady rudely replied yes, everything is there. The gentleman took his order and politely walked out. The lady behind the counter continued to bash the man to the customers in front of me waiting to order. This continued for the duration of the time I was there. Needless to say, I left without ordering. This lady was very rude and used language I deem inappropriate on many levels. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me. I will not return to this location and I highly suggest to anyone considering attending this location to think twice.

It is very frustrating to go for the drive through to get food , no sign no anything letting you know this service not available. Drive up to window 3 employees stand there looking at you. Nothing … not even customer service enough to tell you not talking order … only inside. This happened regularly at the Nacogdoches location.
