Looking for something that wasn't just Burgers and Fries, found this place by Luck and GLAD we did. Food was Amazing. Large servings, we couldn't even finish it. Staff was amazing,Friendly, and very quick. I would give more Stars if I could. Will definitely be back.

Parking: Love the restaurant. But there's only 2 handicap parking places and there's almost always someone that isn't handicapped parked there.Wheelchair accessibility: It's difficult for someone in a wheelchair. Especially because of the handicap parking places being taken up by people who aren't handicapped.

Really liked the fish, hushpuppies, beans and rice. Price is affordable for the amount of food you get.
We have been there twice and it has been awesome both times! There are 5 of us and not one person has complained about any of the food or wait staff and that is an accomplishment with my family. If you leave here hungry it is because you chose not to eat! Sorry about no pictures but I was so focused on the food I didn't take any!
My family and I stopped here while in town for the night. From all the positive reviews we were excited to try it.Our waitress was doing her best. She seemed the be dealing with 90% of the tables, plus phone orders and clearing tables. So she was doing great despite our experience.But the restaurant smelled like rancid grease, our food was almost cold by the time we got it, three of the orders were not correct, my husband and I got burgers because we felt it was the safest thing to order and they were definitely previously frozen patties. For the price they charge per plate, I would have expected much better.Most of the positive reviews must be from locals that eat here often because it was definitely not worth it.

Perfect Perfect Perfect. My second visit. I am sold. Fried fish po boy, fried okra. Even the side salad was seasoned. Red beans and rice are good also. Good prices. Laid back atmosphere. Bring your family or get it to go. It's all good !

Excellent food excellent service ? I noticed Rylynn was very attentive to all the customers not just the tables she had. I was a waitress in the passed & also was a owner of a beach bar / restaurant. So I understand how a waitress who’s attentive to all the customers is a jewel for a restaurant & bar owner. I’m sure the owner of Sam’s is glad to have Rylynn as part of the team.Kid-friendliness: My grandson was with me & he loves to eat at Sam’s
