Food is always fantastic. Today I tried the new Chicken Tortilla soup (tomato basil is my fav). But this was good!
Had to have my small sourdough original to go with it, though.
My only knock on all Schlotzkys is that they don't offer free Senior drinks like Whataburger does.
$3.00 for a drink is an easy call to just have water!

Don't try to use your birthday coupon that was emailed to they won't honor it. Wouldn't have come if I would knew they would not honor Will not be back even tho I love their food. Bad service and management

I hadn't seen this location before and was driving around trying to find something to eat. The store was clean and new looking and Ana/Anna helped me when I ordered. I was a bit spacey in the brain but she was patient and got me checked out quickly. Food came out quick, but I didn't check until I got home and realized that my pizza order was incorrect. I called and Ana answered very quickly and offered me a few options to fix the mistake. My boyfriend ended up going to pick up the new pizza and she even threw in something extra. I know they are a bit short staffed and the time of day I visited was very busy, so I understand that things happen. I really appreciated Anna's help, friendliness, and promptness. Thank y'all!

I have always enjoyed the service & food. But today i ordered and sandwich & soup. The soup was almost empty hardly any in the cup. I called and told them and they said they are sorry and I wasn’t the first person to bring it to their attention! Well .... and the sandwich I was a little disappointed in it as well ~ the bread seemed to be burnt it just wasn’t as good as it normally was! Not sure what’s going on & not happy with the changes!! Please Please Evaluate the situation! Thank You 🙏

This was a good place but don't get the giant sandwich if you're going to eat it alone over several days. The bread gets extremely dry even in Ziploc baggies. But the sandwich was DELICIOUS. The last day that I ate it I was choking on the bread. But that's only because it was spread out throughout 5 days. THE MAIN POINT IS THIS SANDWICH IS DELICIOUS!

Had not had a Schlotzsky's sandwich since at least 1990 and was so happy to see these guys are still cranking out tasty sandwiches! I wish I had ordered a large one. It was soooooooo yummy! Perfectly prepared, just how I'd remembered. We don't have these in NY so I'll have to wait till I go back to TX to get another one. Highly recommend!

This is close to where I work so it’s really convenient for me to go get an unsweet tea really quick little did I know there was stuff all in the bottom I just called and asked if the manager was there. He was the one who answered the phone and said yes I’m the manager, but I’m not clocked in right now. What do you want? I’ve then proceeded to let him know that I got an unsweet tea and had stuff at the bottom of my cup. He asked me if it could be tea grains, and I told him no it’s definitely not, and all he said was, I’ll let the girls know to check the tea urns. That was the end of the conversation so at this point I will now be calling corporate office because this is unacceptable to find in your drink. I will also NEVER spend another dime at this establishment.
