I have literally tried this smoothie king several times an each time has been a complete let down. Smoothie king in Lufkin is delicious they get your drink right every time from the texture to taste. The guy making my Angel food smoothie mixed my smoothie first then went back an added my enhancer and blended again but either way I could taste powder. The establishment also needs to clean up around the store and definitely behind the counter.

customer service horrible, made a mobile order before arriving was supposed to be ready when i get there.. it’s not. got my order 15 minutes after i ordered.. was not greeted when i entered and my order was wrong at the end of it

A disappointing experience turned a great smooth bad. Let me start by saying my smoothie was delicious and if there was a different location in town, I’d be back at least a few times a week. However, the experience itself was a garbage fire. When we first entered, we could hear a woman in the back loudly cussing. Not a problem for me personally but still unprofessional, especially considering the type to frequent Smoothie King. She stormed out of the back and announced she was going to get food before leaving. The girl who took my order was nice enough, if unengaged. I get it, we all have those days at work. Her coworkers were the issue. I made my order and stepped to the side to wait as the cashier checked out a few other people. She had multiple orders so she called for help from a guy in the back. She had to call him repeatedly and ended up practically yelling before he came out to help her. The girl who had stormed out came back sans food and began helping as well. But they weren’t helping make orders initially, the were washing blenders because every single blender behind the counter was dirty. As the three workers were slowly (but somehow also frantically) washing dishes in silence, tripping over one another, you could cut the tension with a knife. It took a while but we eventually got our orders after a bit of confusion over who ordered what and quickly left. Maybe there’s some drama between coworkers—I don’t know and don’t care—but it should not leak out onto customers. The drama of it all made for a really awkward experience.

Ordered pinapple mango smoothie tasted nothing of the sorts. Tasted exactly like vanilla protein powder and nothing else

Just went to smoothie king at 3:00pm. Doors were locked, they wouldn’t answer the phone. 3 or 4 people working inside. Someone came outside to explain they are working on a big online order. So they are not accepting any customers until they complete that first. Can’t say I’ve ever seen a business run like that. disappointing.

So this is the first time I have used the app, order is suppose to be ready for pick up at 8:40 am and no one is here. Hours say opens at 8am! Needless to say I am a little irritated right now!I have watch 6 customers come to the door with same frustration! Bad business!!!Waited till 9:30 an nobody!!
