Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The assistant general manager said it was “too far of a walk” to the lane. Then I pull to the drive thru and stated she was not going to make icecream for a shake. After it only being 9pm.

Everytime I come after 6pm the food is burnt or over cooked like it's been left in a hot box for hours. The carhops are nice but the cooks make you want to get your money back. I use to cook and carhop years ago so I I already know the problem. It's management and failure to enforce things across the board. Get your people in order or hire someone who care to work there.

So the service is a lot faster than it used to be. It used to take half an hour to get an order filled. We’ve been ordering supersonic breakfast burritos for at least 10 years and they used to have three times as much filling as they do now. Also, they were warm, but not hot. It’s ridiculous to raise the price and lower the quantity of the food.

We go to Sonic almost every day and they've gotten to know us now but in the beginning we'd order several drinks, ranging from diets to sugar free and almost every other time, at least one would be regular and we'd have to have them redo it. And they almost always forgot the cheese sauce for my pretzels although I paid for them. But they would always fix it and most were polite about it. I still go almost every day so definitely doing something right!

You really get charged for every condiment you get. We ordered a large order of cheese sticks with ranch and they forgot the ranch in the bag. We asked for our ranch and she came back out with a bill for the ranch. Not only that they wont accommodate people who can't have bread by doing a lettuce wrap instead of a bun.

I ordered the food via DoorDash. I got two cheeseburgers that I ordered with no tomatoes and ketchup mustard mayonnaise. I didn’t get any ketchup but I did get tomatoes that I didn’t order.. My groovy fries tasted like potato chips like they were overcooked. I could’ve solve this by calling the store., But they didn’t answer the phone for over 20 minutes. I understand stores get busy. I also understand that sometimes management doesn’t care therefore they don’t answer the phone. It was pretty bad experience, It didn’t need to lead to a bad Google review, but I wasn’t gonna drive to the store to Voice my displeasure

Everytime I come here, the food is never made fresh. Carhops are always super nice and I don't blame them. But, I wanted to try the new pickle tots. Cold. My corn dog tasted like it sat under a warmer for hours. I'm not usually one to complain but I have a problem with the food at this location everytime I visit. Blue raspberry slush didn't disappoint. I will only order drinks from here on out.

We kept trying to order through the app and it wasn't working well come to find out on the app a ingredient wasn't available okay fine that's okay just wish it was listed as unavailable before we went up there to order. The next thing that upset me and my spouse is the fact the lady who was doing our order completely talked over us and didn't fully litsen to what we asked for and went on to not double check with us or if she did it was too fast becuase I barely remember if she did or didn't. I get my drink and it wrong fully wrong and I knock at the door wait a few minutes to be mindful if they didnt hear me or was busy and a man with long hair comes out saying did you not see me through the door I said no as I cannot see very well hence why I have glasses but he gives me a look and I tell him I need my drink remade becuase the lady didnt litsen to me about what type of drink I wanted he grabs the drink and I get it back and I didnt notice that as soon as I got in the car it's leaking there's a hole in my cup I asked my spouse to go get the drink in a new cup and I over hear how the dude with long hair explains the drink now I know he explained it wrong becuase I personally used to work for the sonic company making drinks constantly and what was handed to me at first was not the drink I requested we also get bacon on my burger when I only asked for the normal double cheeseburger not the bacon one and my spouse had asked for a smashed burger without the sauce and we get the sauce any way extremely displeased as this is the 3rd time or so we get treated horribly by staff at sonic.
