Just ordered a drive thru order. 1 meal, one car was at the window while I was ordering my # 9. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins no lie. I decided to leave. The car at the window left behind me and did not get their order. I thought after the Reno it would be good again. I guess it hasn’t changed. I used to love Sonic.

I usually go to sonic, but this times it upset my stomach, the burger was phenomenal, I think the deep fried tots is what did it to me

My first time trying Sonic and all I can say is that the burger I had was THE BEST. Whoever cooked on the grill that day needs a raise ASAP, the meat had a great char and the burger was juicy and flavorful.
I’m so sad I didn’t take any pictures, but I can say that this has probably become one of my favorite fast food places.
Parking: Drive-In parking that allows you to eat in the car where you order as well.

So I went to stall #10 right and I order my meal and the total of the meal was $11.50 right ? Ok so I hand the register lady a $20 and she went ahead and gave me $3 back, so I had to go back to sonic and get the rest of my MONEY don’t trust nobody especially at sonic this happened just now. Poor Service I can tell you that !!!!!!!!!!
The cook fixed the food like he/she was eating it I specifically asked them to put extra mayo & light lettuce what she/he did the opposite ?‼️ Only time to go there whenever the manager is there he’s very polite & understanding, but those workers need to go find them another job cus they’re not people person not professional what they need to do make sure that the customer will come back continuously‼️NEVER go to the SONIC on NORTHE STREET???????‼️

Danna delivered excellent customer service. Their ice cream machine was out of service and we were given the option to come back another day, couple days later went by and she remembered our 4 shakes!!!
