Didn't like the loud rapping music playing. Got a blast and it wasn't mixed up good the candy was sprinkled on the top and the rest was on the bottom.

To explain the 1-starThis is a combination of this location, as well as the Company, in general.Final straw of a string of 'screwed up orders', and indifferent Customer Service at the end.I ordered a chocolate Trick or Treat blast this weekend.What I RECEIVED?A vanilla (WTH??), with a small dash of cookies and candies on the top, with nothing but plain soft-serve filling a Medium cup.Frankly, this was a blatant display of laziness and incompetence from not only the staff that made the order, but the entire management team.Yes, the fault lies at the top - they are who set the tone of the workplace, which sets the boundaries of tolerance for the workers.This is directly reflected by the staff who act so bored and indifferent when delivering the orders, as if they HATED being there, that they couldn't be bothered to speak more than a monotone 'have-a-nice-day'
I went to pick up a drink. I ordered on the app and I waited there for over 10 minutes and no one brought me my drink after the screen said someone was coming out to bring my drink. I had to leave because if I hadn’t, I will be late for work, but this really makes me upset because I paid for a drink that I never even got this location is notoriously slow anyway so that’s really annoying

This is the worst Sonic ever!! The food is almost never cooked right. They are slower than a sit down restaurant. I just spent 15 minutes at a stall without anyone answering or even just acknowledging I was there. They weren't very busy for a Saturday afternoon. Miserable staff, too!

How does a place that closes at 10 doesn’t allow you to order food at 945. I work in a restaurant and if you call or come in even a minute before we WILL serve you regardless.
