This is a generally great Starbucks. Sometimes there's a wait, sometimes not. Sometimes parking is readily available, sometimes scarse. No complaints.

do not go here!! I understand busy and the atmosphere of Starbucks. They do not care!! I placed a mobile order with 2 others. ALL drinks were bitter, nasty, watered down or not even filled up. I called the store and asked for a replacement thinking I would get better. WRONG!!!!! I waited in line for 10 mins, told them my order. They still gave me a grande instead of a venti. Instead of remaking it .. they just filled up a venti with milk and poured the grande in there. This was also the manager, not even an employee. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COFFEE .. for these prices NO.

Sadly this is one of the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I understand it gets busy but waiting at drive thru to order and sitting there for five minutes with nobody greeting is unacceptable. Most of the time my drink is either wrong or tastes watered down and the employees look miserable.

The way I was treated here was downright offensive and rude. I don’t really care for the chain to begin with but that had no bearing whatsoever on this review. These people saw me as a second class citizen, I would recommend going to any local business instead.

I get the same drink every time I go to starbucks, and this is the worst time my drink has ever been messed up. When I received my drink, it was just ice and milk in a cup with scoops of matcha powder floating on top. It was not shaken, it was not stirred, nothing. I paid almost $8 for a drink that had NO effort put into it. It was as if they started my drink and did not finish it. I understand this location gets very busy, but that is no excuse to stop putting in at least some effort.
All i ever get from starbucks are their tumblrs for my collection and they Venti Chai Tea Lattes, which are becoming impossible to find a starbucks location that makes a decent tasting one. Lately the last few locations have tasted like black pepper and hot water

I haven't been to Starbucks for a long long time, due to the poor customer service and long wait time. I was driving through nacogdoches tx and decided to stop, against my best judgement to get a drink at Starbucks. There was a baristas, Kim, at the counter that offered new drink flavors and menu items. What a fantastic experiece!! Not only did she take my order, she made my drink AND cooked my food!!! She was a BIG HIT, a one "woman" show, all while engaging with me and smiling the whole time!!! What a difference a person can make. I'll definitely be back soon. Kim changed my attitude with that store!! I had been there before, and left empty handed and went to a local doughnut shop to order for my offices and crew. It's amazing when you have a professional, detail oriented person who cares and goes the extra mile ....all with a smile!!! GLAD I STOPPED IN AGAIN!
