The drinks & food are about on par with the rest of starbucks. However, at this one I usually have to wait longer than at others for my order to be taken or to receive my order (sometimes both). Once, a male employee was complaining loudly about a customer in the drive-thru doesn't tip. You work at a COFFEE SHOP! You take an order and hand them their drink. There's not really much to tip for unless someone is just feeling generous. Get over yourself and so being so entitled!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The scenery is beautiful, the music is perfect for a quiet study session, and the staff are so incredible nice and helpful. The drive through is very quick and the never fail to get your drinks out on time when you order mobile.

This is my first time back at this location in over a year. I stopped going because of the long wait time. I went today and was literally in and out in like 5 minutes. The girl who took was order was really sweet. I think her name was Paola. Hoping the pace lasts seeing how this is right by my place.

This Starbucks has become my favorite place to come and get my coffee. They used to always take forever but the past few weeks I’ve been able to get in and out!
This Starbucks has really been turning around lately. I used to drive all the way to lufkin to go get my coffee but I was in a hurry last week so I had to stop here and I will definitely be back! They were super nice and the place seemed to be in much better shape than just a few months ago.

Hands-down the best Starbucks in East Texas. Only minor inconsistency is sometimes my order does not taste as it usually does. I never switch up my coffee, but I do not complain because I'm sure they'd fix it if I asked.
