Wow! Rosie is my new favorite barista ! We ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and she knocked it out! We loved the drink and Rosie was the best! We'll be back and will always ask for Rosie!

Ordered a cappuccino my cup was full of milk when ask to make it over I was told I should have ask for a dry cappuccino. What's sad is my second dry cappuccino was full of milk too. It was a waste of $7 I refuse to waste more time with these rude people I will take the loss.

This Starbucks never lets you down with their RUDE and "not to be bothered" attitude. You need a Tri-Delta sticker or 60k truck to get respectful service at this Starbucks.

Sorry I’m not the one to complain but I am going to about even when I ordered through the app I had ordered 3 things and they only give me one thing out of 3 things and don’t even say anything when I had went through the drive through and didn’t change it on their screen so I never got refunded back.
Before they got a new crew I absolutely loved this place. Well this morning was it for me, I will get my coffee at the Starbucks in lufkin next to my job. I enjoyed having my coffee on the way to work, but not anymore. I ordered from the app get there they say they can’t make hot drinks only cold. Well can’t get out of line so now stuck getting a cold coffee. Get to the window the girl tries to give me two other mobile orders, which just had this conversation at the speaker Smh. So very rudely she asked well what did you have? So you haven’t even started making the drink I decided on at the speaker smh shoves the drink at me, go to take a drink and the lid wasn’t even put on. So coffee spilt in my car, on me on my way to work. Thank you to the new crew for losing business to a daily Starbucks drinker!!!Parking: You better make sure they have what you want or you will be stuck in line and they are super slow

I've dined at Starbucks in many states and various locations within those cities and states.There are no stars due to poor customer service and the quality of their coffee.Definitely would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If you intend to pass through Nacogdoches, get your coffee before or after this city.I'll end on a positive note stating that their establishment was clean.

New to NAC, went in person for my first purchase and the service was very subpar. No greeting or acknowledgement from any associates. Sat at the payment counter and felt like a burden for wanting to spend my money at the location.My second purchase I ordered through Uber, my order never got made and Uber had to cancel the order.My 3rd purchase was again through Uber, luckily I got my order but I received the wrong size drink and the wrong meal.I can barely afford this treat and when I can afford this treat it is very upsetting to receive the wrong items/no items or poor service.It makes sense that Dutch bros line is 3x the size of Starbucks.!!CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!!
