I only gave one star because I had to give a star to give the review I just stood in line for 10 minutes in a Subway with a softball team and they booted me out of line to serve them first even though I was a paying customer on my lunch break I will not be back that was the rudest service I've ever had in my life
Anytime I want subway, I make sure to come to this one on University. Their customer service is fantastic and they always make sure you get the service/food you would love! Very friendly people. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this location. ☺️

Great customer service. I know they are short staffed right now but they always do an amazing job at showing they are not stressed.
Dietary restrictions: I can’t have Tomatoes and they understand and change out their gloves before each sandwich they make.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is engaging with kids and are really nice to young kids and babies.
Place is always clean and smells great, food is always fresh, prepared neatly and portioned great. One of my go to pregnancy craving spots and it never fails me. Bri is usually the one to make my sandwiches and she always does a great job. Definitely made my night better since the app was glitching out and only offered 6" for all subs during the bogo footlong deal.

They made me some sort of weird combination of my husband’s order and the meatball sub I ordered-it was basically a veggie sandwich with one little meatball shoved in there. Then the manager told me she watched the employee make the sandwich and they made it perfectly. Not sure what she was watching but it wasn’t the weird sandwich I got in my bag.

Ordered online 2 Footlongs with chips and a churro. Everything tasted fine but the churro was bitter, too bitter to eat or enjoy. I’m starting to think the dough went bad & they served it anyway. Churro 0/10
