Manager has good memorization skills with the menu. Love the way she made my sandwich and the other employees. The employees are pretty chill. One of the employees was playing good music one day I came in. The atmosphere is nice. Once you walk in you see the Grey and green colors, the atmosphere is pretty nice, you can smell the aroma of ingredients behind the counter.

⭐ 1 Star — Worst Subway Experience Ever
I don’t even know where to start. The service here is painfully slow — I stood there for at least 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to come out. When they finally did, they looked miserable, no energy, no smile, barely even acknowledged me. I had to repeat my order multiple times because they clearly weren’t paying attention, and even then, they still got things wrong.
The place felt sketchy. There were random people hanging around outside acting strange, and a junked-out vehicle parked in front like it hadn’t moved in a year. The whole area gave off “don’t leave your car unattended” vibes — I honestly felt like my truck might get stolen while I was inside.
The atmosphere inside was just as bad. The counters looked greasy, the tables hadn’t been wiped in forever, and the staff looked like they’d rather be anywhere else on earth. Not one person seemed to care that customers were waiting. No urgency, no professionalism — just blank stares and slow movements like every sandwich was a burden.
By the time I finally got my food, I didn’t even want it anymore. It was slapped together with zero effort, and I could tell the person making it couldn’t care less. I walked out angry, watching my vehicle just to make sure it was still there. Honestly, if this location shut down tomorrow, I wouldn’t be surprised — it feels like nobody’s running it. Subway should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this place.

I eat here very often and always get the same sandwich.meatball sub well tonight I go in and make my order as usual come home to eat my food and the sandwich is cold the meatballs were not completely frozen but we're cold, if you have had a meatball sub before they are warm so they melt the cheese. So I call to express my concern to the store and speak with the shift leader who basically tells me there absolutely no way that basically I must not know the difference between hot and cold.Never once was it offered to come back and let us fix it for you basically she right and I'm wrong great professionalism. I won't be returning back to this location.

Me and my sisters went in for lunch and got salads and sub sandwich…. The place was totally disgusting, and the manager and her daughter were very rude and unprofessional didn’t offer us any croutons or silverware and didn’t bag our food up just pushed it across the counter to us. Inside the lettuce was mixed with other vegetables and the counter was not clean, but had the nerve to be cutting vegetables on it after every order. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK….

I got a meatball salad and ate about half of it inside the dining area and thought I was going to immediately throw up. I just threw it in the trash and left.

I have eaten at probably hundreds of subways in my life and this location has by far the nicest people working there. Every subway is usually pretty consistent but this place has literally made me the best sandwhich out of any sub I've ever had. They love to offer little tips or ideas to enhance the experience(my favorite is toasting the sauce into the bread) will definitely make this a regular lunch stop whenever I'm driving through nac. Elizabeth is amazing at her job!!!
