Today is Sunday December 7, 2025. I came in at 4:25pm and left at 5pm. This lady took 25 minutes making one very simple sandwich!!! Foot long, chicken, cheese, and hot honey!!! She made at least 50 different facial expressions while making my sandwich, talked to herself, and even lost customers- they came in behind me, but when they saw how slow she was moving, they left!! This lady has the boss lady (a really nice professional black lady) thinking she has commen sense, but she don't!!! This is the worst customer service I've had in a very long time!! She made me extremely late for somewhere I had to be!! Had I been moving this slow where I work at, I'd be fired!! You can NOT move slow like this!!! People have places to be and time limits to meet!!! YALL NEED TO FIRE HER!!! Plus I wanted cookies with my order, but after experiencing that time limit of 25 minutes on just one sandwich- I said forget the cookies- I can promise you she would have spent another 10 minutes counting the cookies and then another 10 minutes trying to package them up!!! So best believe yall are loosing money and customers!!! I will NOT return to this Subway while this lady is working here- I'll go to North Street!!! FIRE HER!!! She is HORRIBLE for business!!!

Made my flat bread sideways. And then rolled it like a burrito. Didn't understand either menu item ordered. Food quality was as expected from a subway, and ultimately tasted good, but very bad service overall

I placed an order through the subway app ahead of time for pick up at 11:20 am when I was at home at 10:14 am when I got there my sandwich was not done matter of fact the lady just barely touched it and left it alone and had the audacity to tell me to wait in line like what the hell and my food was just sitting there for 15 mins that how long i had to wait and I was on my lunch break like come on do better next time actually

I love this location. The last time I was there, Mikia did an excellent job making my wrap. She recommended the Subway site for me to use and even put it on my phone for me. Very friendly atmosphere
I had a large mobile order, and the man making my sandwich 1) made an amazing BEAST of a sandwich, absolutely scrumptious and 2) was incredible kind, polite, and thoughtful! Incredible sandwich and incredible service! Highly recommend!

I walked in and there was only one worker. she didn't hear anything and almost got my sandwich wrong. No options, everything was pretty much gone. It looked like she didn't know how to wrap a sandwich. Dead bugs everywhere! Plus the man behind us ordered online, but he got a refund cause their phone didn't work. That made no sense... 0/1000 I don't recommend.
