The boba pearls were terrible, rating 1 out of 10, as they were frozen and then microwaved, resulting in a disintegrating blobs once biting into them. The Thai tea itself was average, a 5 out of 10, but the preparation was poor, as it was blended into a smoothie instead of being made with hot water and ice. Maybe the food is better ?

I love this place with all my heart, the food has been my favorite since I was a child— I’ve been coming to T-sandwiches since the time the actual mall was open and filled with people. I definitely noticed a change in service, the owner T, has been quite rude for the past couple years now.. Always having major attitude problems and a look of annoyance whenever someone wants to actually eat there. I’ve caught him smoking outside the establishment many times, I don’t care if he smokes but I’ve had to go up to him outside after having waited a long time inside.. I’ve also seen him occasionally get frustrated with the VERY RARE employees he’s had before, throwing things, hitting the counters, yelling, etc. I’ll always appreciate his dedication to keeping his place and the food is amazing (chicken pho and summer rolls), but his attitude is truly disappointing and dissatisfying.

Ordered with the owner himself, I asked for Beef Pho he proceeded to roll his eyes, huff and puff and stated “we’re out of beef”(as if i were supposed to know). Ok, no big deal, I ordered something different I asked to make it spicy and again, attitude followed by him slamming his notepad. Not once was I rude.. I should have been after being treated this way for simply ordering. Smh i should have just walked out. I haven’t touched the food so I can’t comment on that. The service alone was enough for me to decide to never come back.

The server was rude and had an AirPod on the whole time. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Also, the cook got mad at me for asking for another straw and cup because it’s “expensive” ? also the boba was trash. The balls weren’t hard. They were gooey and nasty. Never had that taste before.

Truly delicious and high quality beef pho. I've been here at least 10 times and my craving kicked up again. I've had pho from many other places and more often than not, it's made with premade powder which gives me MSG sickness. This one is different and has every indication of being homemade. If it ain't, well I'm fooled. It has some nice oil in it, fresh cuts of beef, the right noodles, onions, herbs and aromatic spices which all come together as the most healing, comforting bowl of pho around. I usually come with my wife during off-hours. The staff and environment are very chill. French fries are good too, nicely crisp with seasoning salt.

This place is amazing. The service was great and the food was better. I dined in store, alone, on a budget and enjoyed it very much. The owners were kind and quick, and I am in no way disappointed. I only wish they had a better location. Not that this one is bad, but I wish more people could see the store too better draw customers to it. They're awesome and delicious.
