I eat at Jalapeno Tree restaurants regularly, and the location in Nacogdoches was the best I’ve had. Despite them being quite busy, we got great service from our server Noah, and all of the staff were kind and helpful. We had a great experience.

Food is usually good. We haven't had a bad waitstaff experience in a while. The hostess station.... incompetent. I have no doubt it's not their fault they have no proper training- that's a managerial issue. Don't get me started on that. Should've NEVER demoted that sweet lady from manager to waitress. NEVER.

We had Victoria as our server. She was absolutely amazing! We had a party of 25 and she was so generous, patient, kind and met all of our needs. She was wonderful and we loved her! If you go to Jalapeño Tree I highly suggest requesting Victoria if available. Food was great, service was great and made a great atmosphere for family. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful service!
