After more than one chance this establishment is 0 for 4 on getting an order correct the last straw was trying to pass a whataburger jr bun off as my number 5 meal. Avoid this location no matter how much you like whataburger because this is a failed one that needs a full shutdown and restart.

08/08/2025 9:30Pm. This review is to point out a core memory that has developed. I have had this whataburger about 75 times in the past year and a half and the fries have always been disappointing and the food was average. But tonight a light has been shined on my life. Whatever new cook, new manager or local socal experiment that is going on, whatever was put on those fries tonight was the BEST fast food fry I have ever tasted and the food we got was absolutely amazing. The fries weren't even cooked perfectly BUT the 🤌seasoning🤌 was beautiful and delectable. Like someone finally put MSG on my fries. Like Sunflower oil was finally used. Whatever mysterious phenomenon happened tonight needs to be the new standard for Whataburger fries.🤤

This is my update: The department over the whataburger app could make it easier for customers to access the barcode for the deals offered through emails and on app. That would be a great help!! Thanks!

Went through drive thru , a couple of cars ahead of me, They went fast! From the man on order board ( Very pleasant) To the young lady that took my payment and handed me my food! Awesome! My breakfast was hot and fresh. Sure better than my last visit! Thank you for working so hard!

My wife and I enjoyed lunch at this establishment and found the food and service to be supreme. We were greeted upon entering the door. Our order was promptly taken and our food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. Staff checked on us as they were cleaning the lobby. We even got the good bye, safe travels, and be safe from a few staff that noticed we were walking out the door. When you're in the area, give this Whataburger a try. You'll thank me later.

Do you enjoy bugs? I was happily eating my fries until i found a roach? Small cricket? Some kind of bug just in the fry container, fried right up with my fries. Its so disappointing to pay 16$ for a burger and fries just to be served actual bugs.
