Don't have Whataburger in our area so looked forward to trying & things are bigger in TX. Liked the burger & Onion rings BUT was very disappointed in the malt. It was very icy, not creamy, lacked flavor & no malt flavor. I'll eat again at Whataburger but never order another milk shake.

Staff were busy talking to each other. Took order gave me wrong order.
Absolutely one of the worst managed facilities I have ever been in for this particular restaurant chain! I am probably not going to stop there and neither are the other 15 people that were there because nobody seems to know what they’re doing and the manager doesn’t want to helpHe tries to stay in the back so get it right or give the franchise to someone who knows what to do with it! The food was excellent when it finally arrived almost 26 minutes after I ordered it.
I knew from the minute the person at the mic in drive thru was going to be special. Stephanie was pleasant and kind. She made eye contact and we shared a few minutes as friends. She checked my order before handing it to me. I want to go through the drive thru everyday now! I hope she sees this! Thanks, Elizabeth
Dietary restrictions: When I get a burger without the bun, it’s a good gluten free option. Sometimes I use my own gluten free bread and make it a real burger.

Great place to stop for truck drivers as there is truck parking at this location.
Ordered a Whattaburger meal with fries and a shake. All of the food was good.
My only complaint is they charge for BBQ sauce here. $0.95 for a small packet. Where I'm from they don't charge for your packets. Sounds fishy to me.
