Zoukis Mediterranean & Pepperjacks Serious Burritos

Fast service. Good food. Perfect for a college town.

Edit: ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!My whole family and I were so excited about the re-opening but what a shocking disappointment. Blaring music, bright lights, no wait staff, the prices higher, unprofessional staff... The ambience is gone completely. The food is no longer great, it is barely acceptable. The lamb was so dry, my daughter wouldn't eat her $9 Gyro (her favorite btw) and the shawarma was not properly prepared. We never did like Pepperjacks, but we loved Zoukis dearly and our hearts are broken. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Tried restaurant after it merged with pepper jacks and was not as good quality as before. First did not like having to order at counter. Second missed commentary pita and oil. Highlight of night was lamb nachos, but chips a bit hard too crunchy. The portion size seemed smaller and the potatoes with my steak shawarma were bland no flavor. I never left the place before saying the food was just okay. So not sure when or if I will return.

We have eaten here before Pepper Jack's was a part of it and the food was great.

So happy to find a Mediterranean restaurant in Nacogdoches! The food was really good and affordable, and the atmosphere and decor were inviting. Next time we’ll bring a bottle of wine and explore the menu more, specifically the lamb dishes!

We had a very large party (15ish people). Our order was taken quickly, and the food was very good, but it took over an hour for our food to get to us.

This place is not good in service the food tasted okay but I came here to try something new but not go to far out of my comfort zone. The Owner/manager was disrespecting me in front of my kids when I stated that my order was wrong and it wasnt what I wanted. He said he didnt have the authority to fix it without me paying more and was extremely disrespectful. I will not return to this restaurant and do not recommend anyone. Just awful. Found out he was the owner when I went back to the person who took my order and asked if I could have the owner's number and he said that was the owner. So horrible I wasnt even that upset until he came over and treated me like crap. Doesnt even deserve one star. I wasnt even mad about it all he had to say was hey we cant replace it..okay cool he didnt need to come ruin mine and my kids night

They took very good care of us and the food is great! If we are in the area again we will definitely come back!

I had a horrible experience with the manager/owner of this establishment. While the food was good, I paid a different price compared to my coworker for the same salsa and chips. I asked to add this to my order and the young man asked how much to charge. I should never pay more than my coworkers.

I love the food at Zoukis/Pepper Jacks. They are one of the only places in the area to offer good Mediterranean food. Their hummus is bomb.

Great food, excellent customer service, immaculate establishment. The manager personally sees to the customers positive experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

You would think when your business is dead on a Friday night and someone calls in and orders 2 entrees, that you wouldn't just throw their order in the trash so when they show up 20 mins later the 6 people standing around behind the counter can shrug their shoulders. Obviously didnt need my money so I took it elsewhere.

The food here is excellent! Some of the same things that I've had at other Mediterranean restaurants, but even better!! We were just passing through Nacogdoches, Texas, so now I'm wishing we had one of these in Fort Collins!
