Only giving 2 stars because the food was alright. My fiancé & I went thru the drive thru, when we were handed our bag, I triple checked with the person at the drive thru and asked "is everything in there??" to which she replied yes. I only asked because it was a small bag for 4 entrees but I'd been proved wrong before in the past. We get home (20 min drive) to find that one of our entrees is missing. We go to call the restaurant to let them know we need our order ready and some level of compensation for the trip back. We then had to ask for management because the first person on the phone said we could come back and get a gift card, but not the food?? It was weird. Get transferred to the manager where they say they can give us a fried pie?? Please! Just give me my food and a refund for your mistake. It was unprofessional.

If I could I remove the one star, I would. I ordered a large plate with 3 meats and 2 sides for $18.99. They charged me a dollar more for slicing the beef. The fried okra had some sort of seasoning salt all over it, and it was NASTY. The Mac-n-Cheese was old and dried out. I was even asked if I was okay with the size of the water glass and when I asked for the next size up, I was charged for that too. This place has gone down hill fast! I won't be returning.

today the staff closed inside over 30 minutes before what's listed. a few weeks ago, staff locked the door early WHILE customers were still inside. i have not been happy with customer service at this location for a while. This ultimately reflects on how their managers run the restaurant and view customers.
I think I eat here more than anyone. So often, I've noticed inconsistencies with the portions, based on who is prepping the plates. Knowing this, I've ordered two large sandwiches instead of one large. With some, you have to take it to go. I think the scale isn't used too often.Parking: I'm glad they finally removed the concrete curbs in the middle of the parking lot

This was wonderful. The bbq sauce was good. Meat was perfect. Sweet pot fries were good. The we got the big family and an extra pound of meat I was worried it wasn't going to be enough but it was actually to much. Well worth it.Kid-friendliness: No bar, common setting, not to over stimulatingDietary restrictions: If doing low card this is a great place to get some meat, good pickel and still feel satisfied
