Don’t waste your time going here. Some of the worst services I’ve seen at a restaurant. This is sad, because I love “steak n shake”. I get off later and try to make it before closing time, 20 min before closing. I walk in and all I hear is “WE ARE CLOSED!” I asked, “so you close before the given times?” Absolutely no response was given. Food was good! But the service was not.. the lady who took our order was very short with us and when we wanted to add or change something she seemed very aggravated. I noticed it wasn’t just towards us but to other customers. After reading all the other reviews seems this isn’t the first time this place has had this problem!

This place is HORRIBLE! I've been waiting on my order 20 minutes so far. They gave my order and spent another 15 minutes trying to figure out how to make a shake. Food was cold. Fries old. Gave them back said I wanted hot fresh food. Girl literally said "oh, u want it hot?" Clueless. So I am waiting on my food. Been in here 27 minutes so far.
