I picked up my birthday drink today at the Starbucks in Navasota. Tysm to the bar barista that took the time to write/decorate on over half the cup “Happy Birthday” with balloons, etc. It really made my day!! The only thing that would have made the experience even better was if the window barista had actually verbally wished me a “Happy Birthday”. Ty for bringing a smile to my face today!! 🥰🥳☕
Beautiful atmosphere here! I love chatting with the sweet baristas about my day and what's new on the menu!

Starbucks Coffee Company is noted for its amazing location and fantastic drive-through service. The staff is consistently described as super friendly, helpful, professional, patient, and above and beyond. They create a great environment to relax, work, and collaborate, with some of the friendliest staff you will meet. The service is quick even for very large orders.
The team is thoughtful, with staff offering water to students spending hours there and ensuring their safety. There is a noted vision of bringing more people from the community in and uniting people. On one occasion, a barista came from behind the counter to extend service, making a customer feel seen and appreciated. The staff also shows care for pets, providing a sweet puppy cup treat for a sick doggy. The drinks, including custom creations not on the menu, are perfect. Overall, it is considered probably the best Starbucks yet, with wonderful customer service skills.
