I go to this location many times a month and use my app for extra rewards and coupons! They are always so friendly, kind, and quick! They’ve improved their service so much recently, I know working in fast food can’t be easy but they’ve been giving me a smile nearly everytime! I appreciate them!

I dont mind going in every once in awhile to get food but when I do would be nice if people would listen before charging me when they mess up orders. It the small things that really make a difference. Like everytime I have gone it it looks like everyone hates their job, I see no smiles or exceptional customer service whatsoever.

The manager there is so unprofessional she blocks my number a week upon hire then shorts my hours then takes me off the schedule without any notice or explanation I don’t get why because I never caused any trouble or problems all I did was do my work I can’t even get the district manager’s phone number because she claims it’s personal information

It is 1:13 am and there is an employee inside this location that was seen making food but will not answer the drive thru and refused to come to the window or even acknowledge that there were customers outside. This location is supposed to be 24hours so you need to fire that employee or get someone that will do there job.

I dont write bad reviews often but someone in corporate needs to pay attention to this location. Almost everytime I come they are out of most of the menu. Well this time, it had been 2 or 3 months since i been here and this time I was informed in drive thru that there was only one employee working and he didnt know how to work the grill. As a food service worker who has been in his shoes this needs to change or just shut down the location.
