So I ordered a meal earlier that didn't include my cheese on my burger. I tried to call and they told me if I called again they would call the police. I then tried to have my little brother return and they said they would trespass him.

I dont mind going in every once in awhile to get food but when I do would be nice if people would listen before charging me when they mess up orders. It the small things that really make a difference. Like everytime I have gone it it looks like everyone hates their job, I see no smiles or exceptional customer service whatsoever.

The manager there is so unprofessional she blocks my number a week upon hire then shorts my hours then takes me off the schedule without any notice or explanation I don’t get why because I never caused any trouble or problems all I did was do my work I can’t even get the district manager’s phone number because she claims it’s personal information

It is 1:13 am and there is an employee inside this location that was seen making food but will not answer the drive thru and refused to come to the window or even acknowledge that there were customers outside. This location is supposed to be 24hours so you need to fire that employee or get someone that will do there job.

I dont write bad reviews often but someone in corporate needs to pay attention to this location. Almost everytime I come they are out of most of the menu. Well this time, it had been 2 or 3 months since i been here and this time I was informed in drive thru that there was only one employee working and he didnt know how to work the grill. As a food service worker who has been in his shoes this needs to change or just shut down the location.

Look in Customer service you listen to the guest, maybe repeat the order when you are done. Idk seems more often than not now days you get what they want you to order, that's certainly not having it our way BK. If I wanted fries I'd asked for that, it's not just here all over is doing this and I find it rude honestly. Also when did 32 oz of a drink became a medium size. Thanks for contributing to the rate of health issues in the country. 11 fn bucks for fries I tossed and a what looks like a kids drink as my small. Not my idea of a 10 meal.rip off

Amazing customer service I especially love the worker who served me and cooked my food Erick. Amazing worker hope he gets a raise, and 10/10 experience I’m always going to Burger King love the burgers there. This is definitely going on my podcast Talk Tuah.????
Drive thru worker was the worst. I do not understand how fruit punch is ordered but Dr. Pepper is heard. Again fruit punch is stated but Coke is heard. Other employees heard in the background making jokes and clowning which made the drive thru person laugh and my order took that much longer. The line is slow enough without distractions. So, now at the window, I am asked “you wanted no ice right?” I never said no ice. Is it possible to teach decent customer service? I understand these are young teenagers/adults. They are learning. They should leave any establishment with an improvement in or new social skills, able to interact and respond respectfully in any situation.

Don’t really have many words other than this BK sucks. Their customer service is really awful, consistently out of items, getting my order wrong (only been twice - gave them a second chance). Specifically Pedro is atrocious on the drive thru. Not sure if he’s high or not all there but he definitely can’t take an order right.

This place never has fresh drinks. Tonight, my daughter got a Dr. Pepper with her meal that tasted like carbonated water.. nothing about it tasted like Dr. Pepper. The last time we were here, my husband and my daughter ordered sweet tea with their order, which both tasted really nasty like it had been sitting all day. Tonight, the only thing that tasted good from our order were the burgers. The fries were cold, and the nuggets were hard and old. I will definitely think twice before visiting this place again, especially since I get way better quality for my buck at McDonald's.
