Burgers was not warm..the lettuce was old and wilted. Fries was cold ,onion rings was not cooked all the way and nuggets was old..all for 23.00 down the drain..very disappointing..I knew I should have just went to Whataburger..

I'm with K-THONG on this one.This location has gone downhill over the last few months in terms of food quality and service. Today I placed an order through the app for drive-thru, and at the window was told they ran out of the size cup I ordered and asked if that was okay, in a not particularly polite tone of voice. I said it's okay if I'm refunded the difference. She told me I had to do it through the app. That's fair, but again, kind of a rude tone of voice and it really put me off. I know it's a sucky job, but it's not hard to act like a decent human being. I chose to not take the order and filed for a full refund through the app, and I won't be going back to that location.

They got 3 out of the 5 meals wrong unfortunately. ? they were pretty nice but still I didn't get what I paid for. Spent over 50 bucks just for my kids to not even eat their food - because it was wrong.

Came to get a seasonal burger. It was dried out, made sloppy, cold, and incorrect bun. They were out of all large and small sizes. The window lady was rude and lacking in customer service skills. I definitely felt like they found having a customer bothersome.
Ordered lastnight about 9:30ish! Chicken Sandwhich Were Cold ( Both) Onion Rings Cold! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THERE AND COME HOME AND WARM UP YOUR FOOD! The way the Cashiers was Rushing To Take My Order, I knew I should have Dtove Off! Waste Of Money and Time! TRASH! Jus Throw The Whole Store Away!

Last 3 times I’ve went the food has tasted awful. Like they’re using very very old oil. Literally can’t even eat it. No one is ever in line at this location and the reviews are terrible. Yet things are just getting worse.You can’t convince me this isn’t a front business.

Got rear-ended in the drive thru by a hit and run driver but was caught by the authorities. We are fine and our cold whopper bacon Swiss cheese burger were delicious, being that we were soooo hungry‼️ We love BK‼️

Decided on BK for lunch. It had been years since I'd had anything from there and now I remember why. Terrible food and awful service. Fries were stale. Like they gave me last nights fries, didn't even try Ti reheat it or anything just boom here. Idk what's wrong with them but it's a fall from the 90's when Burger King was still considered a competitor in the fast food industry. Now they're a joke
